Vacation rentals with a patio in Sand Dunes

The apartment is quite new, located close to the beach and the local feirinha. All points have been described as accuracy prior to rental, and for this reason, you can't complain about anything at all. As a tip for improvement, I can say: Acquisition of air conditioning for the room, cafeteria and a sandwich maker; it would make the perfect place. Finally, thank you for your excellent stay.

Analia was very solicitous ,kind and polite . I loved the apt. and always when I return to cold cable I will go back to the apt.. The Apartamentr is cozy, it has everything we need . It was wonderful my stay . It has a swimming pool and gym. marked garage space. I loved it!

Brand new apartment, clean and well equipped. I had problems with the air conditioning on the first day, but Bruna was ready to solve it and after a few hours the problem was solved.

Great space, very clean and airy, a lot of natural light enters the apartment and, although there is no air conditioning, the ceiling fans accounted for the note. There was only one problem upon arrival because we did not know that there was a period without a doorman, otherwise it was all wonderful. Wonderful location close to everything and very quiet. We will definitely return!

The apartment is really nice. Place clean,well maintained and with great location. Marcos was extremely helpful . I recommend it!

The only downside was the sea channel is 80% of the time empty, it is not navigable, there is no way to fish and smells bad. The Deck also needs repairs.

We stayed a group of 6, quite comfortable. Equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, bakery and a convenience store nearby. Giselle greeted us earlier to leave our luggages in even after checkout, a tremendous hostess! thank you so much for everything, I highly recommend it.

We were extremely pleased with our stay in Sônia's apartment in Cabo Frio! Everything was spotlessly clean, well cared for. The apartment is well equipped, providing all the necessary comfort. Sônia was super attentive and helpful, always available to help, answer questions and also gave us great tips for tours in the region. The space is well located and perfect for those who seek tranquility and convenience, we feel at home. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely return at a next opportunity!

The space is like in the images, but the best thing is that there is everything you may need. All very cozy and functional. I thought it was excellent to stay there because it is close to the best beaches.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is super cozy, with an integrated environment and very comfortable rooms. It is located in a condominium near Manguinhos beach, allowing easy access on foot. During the week, we had the help of Joice, the house's employee, who was extremely helpful and polite. Marilene was also very attentive and maintained great communication with us. It was an experience that was well worth it. We recommend and will definitely be back!

Firstly, I would like to record how attentive and helpful Gustavo was shown. Communication was easy to communicate, helping me and the group that accompanied me when we needed it. The house accommodated the group well. Everyone felt comfortable. Located in an organized condominium with good structure. The nearby beach is very nice and easy to access. Clean and warm waters. Market and bakery nearby. My family and I had a great stay. The pets have adapted well to the space and the condominium. As a suggestion, if possible, the regulation of the water temperature of the pool. Our group found the water a little warm by our standards, but nothing that would affect its use. I recommend the Hibiscus house rental with Gustavo.

Outstanding location, thoughtful and requested hosts. The only point that could further improve the experience would be to free up some service area or open space where we could extend wet clothes/towels which is currently done in the bathroom.

Staying at Rodrigo's house in Arraial do Cabo was an amazing experience! The location is excellent, close to the most beautiful beaches in the region, and the house is super cozy, clean and well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. Rodrigo is a very attentive host, always available to help and with great tips for tours and restaurants. It was perfect to relax and enjoy the wonderful look of Arraial. I will definitely return and recommend to everyone who wants a quiet and comfortable stay.

The experience was excellent. Thiago and Viviane are very attentive, they respond quickly. The apartment is well equipped, we don't miss anything. The location is excellent, you don't need a car for anything. It was very worth it! We will definitely return!!

What a wonderful place!! We went away with the desire to stay a few more days, because we spent almost 1 week there. Extremely clean, organized place, exactly as in the pictures! The outdoor area is sensational, super clean pool, warm water, as well as that of the lake. Restaurant with delicious home-cooked food and a fair price. Tiago super considerate and request. It quickly responded to our messages and gave us several tips for places to eat and visit. Anyway, it was an amazing trip that we did and that we will definitely be back. Flat is beautiful. Perfect for those that likes calm 😍 The view is incredible. Wake up with the noise of the waves of the sea … I will come back more often and I always recommend the flat to family and friends
