Vacation rentals with a patio in Sand Dunes

The apartment is quite new, located close to the beach and the local feirinha. All points have been described as accuracy prior to rental, and for this reason, you can't complain about anything at all. As a tip for improvement, I can say: Acquisition of air conditioning for the room, cafeteria and a sandwich maker; it would make the perfect place. Finally, thank you for your excellent stay.

Wonderful location!! Easy access to everything, it has a supermarket, distributor close to the site. Very cozy and beautiful apartment. The host Anália very polite, gave all the necessary support. I'll definitely come back other times 🤩❤️

We really like the apartment. Compatible with the description, quiet and well located location. It was very clean when we arrived and also had clean bedding and towels . Nice pool and nice view as well .

We stayed a group of 6, quite comfortable. Equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, bakery and a convenience store nearby. Giselle greeted us earlier to leave our luggages in even after checkout, a tremendous hostess! thank you so much for everything, I highly recommend it.

Every year we hold the family event and are happy to choose the house of Marilene. We were greeted by the owners as friends. Since the layout of the rooms is well integrated, no matter if it was in the kitchen, living room, pool or barbecue, it was possible to interact and talk. The house seems to be a few years old, but the pool is new and some rooms have been renovated. The shower I found it a luxury. I had not taken such a tasty bath in a long time ago. We went to the beach that is from the housekeeper and amazed... quiet with the hottest water in Buzios. We really love it! Thank you for a special weekend.

Staying at Rodrigo's house in Arraial do Cabo was an amazing experience! The location is excellent, close to the most beautiful beaches in the region, and the house is super cozy, clean and well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. Rodrigo is a very attentive host, always available to help and with great tips for tours and restaurants. It was perfect to relax and enjoy the wonderful look of Arraial. I will definitely return and recommend to everyone who wants a quiet and comfortable stay.

Extremely safe location, quiet for family and friends! It has everything you need for chores, such as breakfast, lunch etc… The place is beautiful and the beach is very quiet! I took my 1 year old children, they enjoyed a lot, but I think it would be interesting to have a toy space for children. Everything is perfect without any defect!
