Great B&B, clean environment, very new equipment, very good location

I needed a large space for a family trip, so I looked into it. The host responded quickly and explained in detail, so I made a reservation. There are 3 rooms and a living area, so I stayed comfortably when spending a break. The kitchen area was also cleaned, and there were enough cooking utensils to cook simple dishes. It was nice to be able to wash and dry for about a week, so I was able to change my clothes and stay refreshing. It was close to Ximending, Yongsan Temple, and Yongsan Station, so it was convenient to eat, shop, or move around. It was the right accommodation for the travel model that Airbnb is pursuing.

The location is convenient and there are many delicacies in the surrounding area.The host was super friendly and super welcoming and helped us a lot! Push!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is incredibly convenient, with direct MRT access from the airport. There’s also a supermarket nearby. The amenities provided were excellent - everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. Yu was outstanding host - responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place.

Warm welcoming from Kelvin. Perfect location! Only few minutes walk to MRT/ Ximending walking street. There is carrefour right next to the building. Kitchen well equipped. Kevin is always there to support our stay. Definitely recommend!!!

Me and my friends (we are 4 in total) booked Black’s(host) place for our stay. The place is not bad, the beds are huge but if you opted to stay with alot of luggage, I think you would be having trouble to fit all your luggages inside the room, but still manageable tho. The place is near Ximen Station, easy access to MRT and most importantly, walking distance. Also, there is 7eleven within the building, so you can eat/buy whatever you want and need. We stayed February so it’s kind of cold, the room is also cold but they provided thick blankets to be used, enough pillows and towels. The accommodation also has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Aside from the room lock, the main entrance door also has a lock, so definitely safe. The neighborhood is also safe to walk around. A little bonus in our stay at Black’s place is how responsive and accommodating he is with our requests. His place is highly recommended.

Thank you for arranging the host, thankfully there is a charter service that doesn't need to look for it separately, and it will be arranged directly with the host. it's really nice My parents lived happily and had fun. Thank you to the host, there is a convenience store downstairs.

This apartment was the ideal spot for my stay! Located right in the heart of the city, it made exploring so easy with everything just a short walk away. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day out. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The space was well-maintained and equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommended.
