Waterfront vacation rentals in San Vito Lo Capo

The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the city center and many restaurants. It was also a great base for exploring the Trapani area. The space itself was clean, spacious, and had a good shower which is important to me. Parking is available a 5-10 minute walk away, and while it’s not that expensive, be sure to bring cash coins to pay for it! Restaurants nearby are not really willing to change. The host was amazing—responsive and full of helpful tips. Overall, a great stay with a convenient location and comfortable amenities.

We were hosted very well by Fabio. Fabio had put drinks in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is very clean and in a quiet location but close to the sea and the city. We felt very good in this place. Very easy check-in and checkout thanks to this code box. Thanks to Fabio

Absolutely loved our stay! Apartment is perfect, really clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. Easy to access and close to small shops for food etc. Train station is close and easy to get the train everywhere! Giorgio was absolutely fantastic, helped us with everything, went above and beyond and really made us feel at home, replied to messages super quick. We will definitely be back!

Giuseppe was a wonderful host and an excellent first impression of Sicilians! He carried our luggage upstairs and made us feel immediately at home. The sea views are lovely from the balcony and the home was cozy. It is a short walk to the sea and a good pizza restaurant and gelato shop. We would stay again.

We had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the sea view and the beautiful Italian autumn light and sun very much. Great large kitchen overlooking the sea. And directly with a first-class fish market around the corner. We can also highly recommend our “house bar” Camio for a sundowner. We also had plenty of space for four in the apartment. Katia was always there for us.

on a whim we decided to visit Trapani, and glad we found Alessandro's place available. beautiful sunrise and sunset from the rooftop. in a nice walkable area with plenty of options for food and drinks. would visit again.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

This was great strategic location for us, We visited Erice, Palermo, Trapani and few other places and everyone were 30 min to 1 hour drive. Sylvia was very nice host. She met us, explain everything , recommended local store and restaurants. Last night there was a storm and knock an electricity out, she help us over the phone, my point is she stayed on the top of even that situation. We are very satisfied and would really recommend this place and this host.

I absolutely loved this place—it was exactly what I was looking for! The apartment is peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The internet connection is excellent, making it ideal for remote work. The neighborhood is charming, with small shops and plenty of restaurants serving delicious Sicilian cuisine. If, like me, you enjoy nature, there's a beautiful Nature Reserve just around the corner where you can fully appreciate the stunning landscapes of Sicily. Veronica and Marco are wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for local experiences and must-try dishes. Staying here was a fantastic experience, and I can't recommend it highly enough. You won’t regret choosing their place!

We only stayed a few nights at Giuliana's house. Everything was super easy, and the house is huge. The views of the sea are beautiful (seen from one bedroom and the roof). Everything was great!

We had a great time. Andrea and his wife are very charming and very welcoming. Always attentive. The accommodation and its surroundings are very nice, comfortable and fresh. We did not test the pool as we prefer the sea which is walkable in 2 minutes! I recommend this very quiet little corner!!!

Very clean and tidy house. Everything new and super comfortable. Luca took care to write to us every day, very helpful and serious, although we didn't need anything. The area is convenient to amenities and the sea. We will definitely be back

Beautiful stay in Favignana. Accommodation was beautiful , exactly as in the photos . Michele met us at the port and collected our bags which was very handy as it is only a short walk from the historic centre but would be difficult with bags along the dirt road. Michele was extremely helpful with excellent recommendations for the island and also dropped us and our bags back to the port for departure. Would definitely stay again

We had a great two nights stay at Giovanni’s historic family apartment. It could not be more central in the pedestrian historic center. Giovanni was extremely helpful with information about where to park, and then when I had trouble understanding an outgoing message from the restaurant, he recommended, he called, and when he found out, it was closed unexpectedly, he made a reservation for us at another excellent restaurant. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. We arrived on a Monday and it was very quiet that night. It was much noisy on Tuesday night, mainly by loud American tourists in a local restaurant! Giovanni provided earplugs. There’s also a single bedroom where I was able to escape the noise while my partner could sleep in the front room. We were also very grateful to be able to do laundry. Would love to stay at Giovanni’s place again!

We had a lovely stay at Mediterranea Domus 1 while climbing in the San Vito Lo Capo area. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. Andrea was a fantastic host—quick to respond to our questions and very helpful throughout our stay. In December, we had no trouble finding parking just around the corner from the apartment, which was very convenient.

The apartment is nice and spacious, not a bunch of clutter, very clean, we had breakfast & dinner on the balcony each evening, and it was fairly easy to use the washer and dryer. Neomi and Fabio were super helpful and so friendly. It was a joy to chat with them.

Benedetto's house is perfect for a vacation in Levanzo. Comfortable and very clean, the kitchen is equipped for cooking. The location in the center is perfect for reaching the sea and restaurants and is quiet. Benedetto's parents who waited for us for check-in were very kind and hospitable. A vacation that will stay in our hearts.
