Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Vincenzo

We had a wonderful few days in this lovely seaside apartment at the beginning of November, and were very lucky with the warm weather so we could make the most of the beach and sunny Terrace. The location was a great base for a day trip to Pisa. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Federico was a very responsive and helpful host! We‘ll definitely consider a return visit!

Great location within the walled city. Right in the middle of the action yet quiet & peaceful. Convenient parking. Very clean, comfy apartment. Excellent base to explore the various parts of Tuscany including. Florence, Siena, Pisa…all within an hour’s drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Lovely stay, great for beach days and train station to visit other areas

Great apartment, spacious bedrooms, beds very comfortable, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, beautiful garden kitchen could be a little bigger.

Giulia and her mother are attentive and caring guests. The property is finely restored, it is equipped with every amenity. Independent methane heating , 2 new heat pumps. Large bathroom, with washer and dryer, king size shower. Separate kitchen from seating area and bedroom. Comfortable and extendable sofa, Smart TV with ability to connect to Netflix, Apple TV, Disney channel etc through your own subscription. Large kitchen complete with 4 gas stove, oven , microwave, dishwasher and quite large fridge. There is a full battery and full dishes. Second room used as a comfortable walk-in closet + second sofa. The environment is very comfortable, cared for in every detail, very clean and tidy. You can feel as soon as you entered , that this little nest was very much loved. It's a privilege to be able to enjoy it in our days of stay. Private parking with the possibility of moving on your own thanks to the remote control of the gate provided. Tip ❤️

The living room is comfortable as the house is structured with dedicated spaces that allow guests to find the comforts necessary for their needs. Convenient parking in the nearby square without available. Host attentive and active in resolving even the small issues. Fast and clear communication. Recommended

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and to enjoy nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the host brought us a few toys for our friends' child – this made the stay even more pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was very quiet between the vineyards and the garden was beautiful. The host was very nice too explaining everything to us and recommending locations to eat or catch a drink. 10/10 for a group of friends or families, looking forward to visit this place again in the future!

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

The location is excellent! Right across the street from train station. All restaurants, shopping and local attractions are literally just steps from the apartment. And, it’s very quiet and peaceful at night. Super safe!!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. When we arrived, we found water, beer, and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked brioche. Rachel was very helpful and kind to check in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there are supermarket, ice cream parlor, home store, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and pick it up just to leave! We had a good time with our little girl and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Just a small flaw is the price, quite high although it was the week of August

We spent a few nights in Pisa and we certainly liked the place. It is a short walk from the airport to the Airb&b and also to the trainstation. To explore the vicinities the place is excellent. The road is in front is a bit noisy with fairly some traffic.

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.

Francesco and Patrizia were some of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting to date. We felt like part of the family and community and he did a wonderful job of helping us feel that way. Francesco has lived in Massa Marittima all his life and can tell you the rich history of the town, the best places to eat, and good places to visit! We even had the pleasure of having dinner with him and his wife one evening at a local restaurant. We definitely want to come back and visit them again, he may have been a host but we felt like friends and family.

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
