A spacious house very pleasant to live in, an ideal location for us, fairly central, close to the beach (200 m) to the water park (3 km) of shopping centers (4 and 9 km). The pool is a respectable size and sufficient for the family. The exposure of the house makes the heat bearable thanks to the breeze brought by the sea. The kitchen is very well equipped. Carmen is very available and attentive. We will repeat this experience without hesitation!

We really liked it; everything matched the listing perfectly, and there were no surprises. - The pool is fantastic and provided lots of fun and relaxation. - The kitchen is well-equipped and convenient for cooking. It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. - Even though there is no air conditioning, the house remains cool in the evening, making it comfortable for sleeping. The natural ventilation and fans kept the temperature pleasant throughout the night. - The location is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing trip abroad. We enjoyed the peace and tranquillity, which made it easy to unwind and recharge. - We had an issue in the area, but the hosts were extremely communicative and caring, ensuring our stay was still enjoyable. They promptly addressed our concerns and provided helpful information, making us feel well taken of.

Eva is wonderful and helped us to get there easily and to prepare our plans for the weekend, she is always pending. We loved the house, it is a private chalet next to the Sea with a beautiful garden and a small heated pool. It's an authentic luxury to be able to bathe in December at such a nice temperature. The development had a bigger pool that we didn't use but seemed perfect for swimming. The house had everything we could need and having three floors gave us a lot of independence. Everything was very clean, the rooms, the two kitchens, and the two living rooms. The area is super quiet and although you need a car, it is perfect to disconnect which is what we were looking for. Being the last urbanization in the area has the countryside just a stone's throw away. We will forever remember the walk we took in the countryside, on the edge of the Sea and what the stars looked like at night. We will definitely be back.

The location is unbeatable, it is seafront spacious house, it was perfect for our big family. The house itself is a bit older but also price asked is reflecting that. Overall great stay!

We went to celebrate my birthday and we were all delighted! Good location and very peaceful setting. We had everything you need to spend the weekend, from services like barbecue to swimwear! Jose Manuel very kind and responsive! We will definitely repeat and recommend it!

Likeable host, responds quickly and adequately. Views were beautiful, surroundings beautiful. Beautiful coves and beaches in the nearby surroundings. We have enjoyed day trips and the nice weather. If you are looking for a good price/quality ratio and are not looking for lavish luxury then this house is recommended.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful holiday home in El Campello. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, with a splendid pool and amazing proximity to the sea. The owners, although we did not meet them in person, were extremely responsive and warm in our interactions. A big thank you also to the housekeeper for her impeccable work and kindness. We had an exceptional stay at this chalet just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The location is perfect for sea enthusiasts. The chalet is spacious, stylish and clean. Marta is friendly and attentive, and the private pool was a huge plus. Highly recommended!

We were on vacation in two families with two 6-year-olds and it was a perfect vacation. The house has direct access to the fine sandy beach with shallow sea. Direct access to the beach is priceless, and the sea view patio has the part where the table is mostly shaded for fresh lunches and dinners. The kitchen is spacious and equipped. Hector and Carlos are super helpful and kind.

First, the house was just as seen in the photos , although it is more worth being in the house. I was equipped with everything you need to spend your stay on the days you need . It is super well located for beach access. Borja, very attentive, kind , very communicative and decisive. The area , it is very quiet , very nice to walk around there. I highly recommend the house , in Borja as a person , the beach and the area. We wouldn't think about repeating!
