We had an excellent week in the accommodation whose services are really of quality. The environment is sublime, stunning views from the logge and from the pool. Absolute calm, very clean and well-equipped apartment, upon arrival a breakfast basket was provided, as well as a bottle of prosecco. Very nice touches after a long drive. The area is beautiful and the perfect location for visiting the main towns nearby. In addition, Andrea who has taken care of us has always been extremely responsive and enthusiastic. We highly recommend! Perfectly suited for a family.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Alina was extremely helpful and always willing to help. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We would definitely recommend it and looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Marcelo’s 3 level house in Città della Pieve is absolutely exquisite. The photos make the house look great… But it is even better in the flesh. It is so beautifully decorated and balances old crafted beautiful building materials with gorgeous contemporary furniture and soft furnishings. The kitchen is very well appointed with appliances, the spa bath & sauna on the ground floor are next level amazing (basically a wellness centre in itself!) & the views from the upper windows of the surrounding landscape, with its rolling hills & beautiful buildings of Città are just heavenly. Marcelo was a very responsive host and Anastasia, the local contact, was an absolute lifesaver (particularly when we got lost/trapped in a very narrow street when we arrived). She is a walking angel. I really hope the arrival directions are changed with Anastasia’s help because getting lost in the dark with no GoogleMaps (the directions we had been given didn’t help) was v stressful. Even so, it was glorious

We had a fantastic stay! Jan's place is a Tuscan dream – invitingly designed, perfect for feeling good and everything was clean. Even before we arrived, we were greeted by Jan with so much warmth and great tips that we felt right at home from the beginning. Their hospitality and dedication make the stay memorable. Very beautiful place and very peaceful. Beautiful area to visit Umbria and its many famous sites. Giuseppina and her son Maurizio are lovely hosts. Very helpful and friendly. Overall a beautiful experience. Two comments: to reach the toilet one has to cross one of the bedrooms (not a problem for us but good to know). And many restaurants in Magione were already closed in October (not the hosts’ ‘mistake’ but good to know too).

Miralaghi is a very special place. We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet area around the house. There are a lot of activities to do, we really loved the long walks and the outdoor whirlpool as well as the playground and all the toys for the children. Marie Luisa is very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the road to get there is a little bumpy

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

Even more beautiful than the photos - this house is a dream. The scenery is unreal and waking up to such peaceful views is a gift in this life. The house itself is really nicely laid out with spacious rooms and bathrooms all set apart from each other for maximum privacy. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival. We were two families who spent 4 days here with 4 children and we cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The house had all we needed to make a large meal and the children were entertained running around in the yard and exploring outside. The host, Janusz, is friendly, communicative, and proactive. 10/10 this house was absolutely beautiful- an unforgettable Thanksgiving for all of us.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The view and pool were just breathtaking. It’s a beautiful old building, and the book selection was amazing. Daniele was the perfect host. So responsive and helpful. We ate at his family restaurant up the road laconda almost every night, and the food was delicious. The cooking lesson he arranged for us with Francesca in the house was one of the highlights of our whole Italy trip. Thank you for some beautiful memories.

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well cared for in the beautician and decor. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we could need. Really well above our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring nearby by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old and it was very nice to discover new readings for him, also present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.
