We rented to the house for work, a shame that I could not take advantage of more quiet time, but the time I could be on site, I was great, it is a comfortable house, it has everything, super clean and warm in winter! I will definitely repeat if I need to be in the area.

The place was spectacular, the house and the comfort I had is that it's to repeat a thousand times! Thank you for taking a break and total disconnection these days. And the best part is that I could take my pet 🐕

Great apartment is close to the airport

Nice, very friendly host. Thanks so much for letting us earlier check in. The place also near to Gran Via. Just a little older than it thought. Also, one issues is there are no lift.

Wonderful stay in Manzanares el Real, house with views and an incredible area to relax and enjoy. The deal with Raquel, fantastic always attentive and friendly explained everything about the house in detail. We were a big group and still had room for everyone.

Mayte and José Ignacio were charming at all times, responding quickly to everything and putting the necessary facilities. We may return in the future.

We opted for that apartment to spend a night on our way from Vigo to Barcelona. We were able to walk a little in Madrid first and then we went to sleep in the apartment about 30min from the center. The location is perfect since the other day we were already 10min from taking the A2 towards Barcelona. The apartment meets expectations. Clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. The village is chico, but there are several supermarkets where we could buy things for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended

Good homestay, safe, convenient, especially parking is a plus.The host prepared some small gifts for them: a subway card (saving the purchase card), a bottle of red wine, chocolate, and much more.The house has a total of 4 keys, respectively are the parking lot gate (vehicle in and out), the small door of the apartment to the parking lot, the main door of the apartment building, the room door.The host was lovely and let me check in early and repeatedly told me to get out when I left must have taken the car out first and then put the key back in the room, probably fearing I couldn't understand:).The surrounding gas stations, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets are very complete, very close to the subway, stayed for two nights, worth recommending!

Beautiful place to stay with family, only a 30 min drive away from central Madrid. Also, this was our first time the host met us at the check-in so this is a true gem place.

The place is great, very close to the city

We were very comfortable in the apartment. You get everything as advertised in the photographs. We took the opportunity to visit Madrid, and to be able to enjoy the tranquility in this apartment. With outdoor skate that for the summer should be a pass. We didn't get cold at all, very comfortable beds. Anfitrio very attentive to everything.

Without a doubt, the best thing is the kindness of Mari, Miguel's sister who is attentive at all times and cares about the perfect stay. House 15 minutes from Patones which is a plus in a quiet development, perfect for a weekend as a couple.

We went to spend the weekend by event in Jarama's cirtuito,and Alicia's house was a moment of relaxation, it has the house spotless,my cousin doubted how the house would be,because she doesn't usually use airb&b and I am so surprised that from now he wants me to look for accommodations through the app,so everything from 10,perfect weekend,and the house is unbeatable. Our stay has been great. We booked the house for Christmas 12 people and it has been a success. The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, but at the same time close to everything you need (supermarkets, train, bars, ...). It is perfectly equipped for 12 people and lacks nothing. On top of that, José María has been a host of 10, attending to the minute all the questions and needs we had. Overall, the stay was a 10.

Very clean accommodation, responsive host and left us thoughtful touches. It's also easy to park on the street. The neighborhood itself does not have much tourist interest but the accommodation has the luxury of being 3 minutes from the Metro and we arrive in madrid center very easily. On the other hand, the accommodation is more suitable for a group of 4 than 5 because the 5th place is just a mattress and depending on the age it can be very limited.

Maria was very kind throughout my stay and attentive. I even leave a mate available, something for breakfast and asked me for a mobile for my transfer to the airport safe and cheap. The place was in a great location . Thank you so much for having me
