We have been very comfortable in the house. The common areas and the porch give rise to spending time together for both adults and children. Despite the cold on the street, the heating is wonderful because it has underfloor heating. We had a small problem with the BBQ that Alberto solved immediately. We don't have a complaint

We loved the place. A very nice and cozy garden and house perfect for a group of 9-10 people, with lots of kitchenware. We went 9 and we were really comfortable, the living room is very spacious. The house was very hot when we arrived, something that is greatly appreciated and more now. In the case of the rooms in the background the radiators did not finish heating completely but we warned José and at nothing they approached to see what was going on and they put some electronic radiators so I solved problem. Just to point out that there were two bedrooms that had no window and one of them went through the master bedroom. For us it was not an issue because we did not make life in the room. Thank you!

Everything was accurate

Liuta's accommodation is a bit far from the center of Madrid, but you can take Metro 5 to Sol Square without transferring. The interior of the accommodation was her sensational decoration and preparation, so I was able to stay comfortably like my home. Also, we arrived late and had difficulty parking, but I was so grateful for the immediate response and concern.

The house was just what we were looking for to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. The exceptional plot area with its barbecue and in the basement a play area for the kids. Everything was very clean, and we had all kinds of kitchenware. Jose Maria was attentive at all times. Would recommend 💯

Google Maps took us to the back and it was a bit tricky, but the girl was attentive at all times. We arrived and they settled us in. Clean place, with heating and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Everything's good👍🏻. The free garage is appreciated.

The house was exactly as described—comfortable, well-equipped, and set in a peaceful location with a spacious outdoor area. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Very cozy apartment, it has an equipped kitchen, there were ice cubes in the freezer, which was great for us, since that way we could enjoy the drink we brought. The rooms are very good and everything is very clean. The bathroom is small but very functional, it even has a hairdryer. The towels were impeccable and it has a small terrace ideal for going out for coffee in the morning... we thought it was great!!! Alejandro is a good host, he responded to my questions and needs almost instantly at all times!!!! I recommend it 100%. We will definitely be back next time.

Amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and enjoy the peace of being surrounded by trees and birds. Like other reviewers said, it’s like having your own little forest. We stayed there with our pup, who loved being able to run around freely in the yard. Since it rained a lot during our stay, we really took advantage of the chimney and the porch, making it the perfect retreat. Thanks Miguel and Mari for your hospitality! Can’t wait to come back.

I stayed in January, and the place was perfectly warm all the time - not just the room, but the bathroom and common areas too. I learned that in Spain that shouldn’t be taken for granted :) it’s almost right in front on a metro station, so easy to get around.

This accommodation is spacious, bright, quiet and clean. Good bedding. The metro is close to get to Madrid.

A haven of peace, yet close to a very pleasant neighborhood life and many transportation and parking solutions. A very thoughtful and discreet host. Everything is simple and well thought out at Fatima's!
