Anna and her husband Toni are the perfect hosts! Very reliable, friendly and accommodating! Every question was answered and they even took us to the departure point of the ship! The apartment is as described: very clean, quiet and at the same time centrally located in a nice neighborhood. There were three of us and would be happy to come back! This place is amazing!!! The host gave us a handmade (by him) charm that is absolutely adorable! The place was pretty far from the touristy area but still close! I seriously don’t have words for this place and the host it truly is one of a kind. We wished we stayed longer because of it!! If we ever go back to Venice we will absolutely be staying here again! You will not regret booking this charming place. It was pretty spacious and served my fiancée and I perfectly!

Our stay at Daniela's was perfect. The accommodation is very close to the bus stop that leads to Venice, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartmentis perfect for us we were 4 adults and two children, spacious and clean environments. Daniela has always been available with us in all our requests. We will see you again soon.

We stayed here for a weekend. We were picked up at the boat station and accompanied to the property. Everything is very clean and well heated. At checkout, we were kindly able to leave the luggage in the accommodation a little longer (until noon). Baba recommended good restaurants to us right away. Very friendly landlords, everything perfect. Highly recommend.

A lovely apartment in a quiet and excellent location for exploring the biennial and the city. Marika and Alan were attentive and helpful hosts, and we were extremely comfortable there! Highly recommended.

STOP LOOKING, JUST RENT THIS PLACE. Is it a 5 star hotel? No. Will you feel like a million bucks staying here? Yes. Imagine staying in a 15th century palace... oh yea, it was one! Does it have a Kitchen? No. But there is a Nespresso (older style, smaller pods, plenty), a tiny fridge and basic plates/cups/utensils/wine opener. There is a COOP (supermarket) 2min away where you can get anything you need. I cannot tell you how beautiful the antiques are, the views, the giant glass doors that open right to the canal, the huge glass chandelier, the bed and bedding is great (memory-foam style pillows so might be a little hard for you, but we got used to them fast enough) and it's quiet too! If you are staying 1-2 nights, you want to walk to St. Marks (~20 min) to experience the city. If you are staying a week you want to be this far from the crazy, but you are still just off the "The Main Venice Street" here. +Hosts were SUPER helpful when our flights got messed up!

Massimo was a great host, very kind and responsive, helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations to enjoy our stay in Venice. His place was just as described, there were many great appliances, the kitchen was very functional for its size and overall very organized. Just keep in mind that Venice is a city for walking (and crossing bridges), so be prepared to go long distances while sightseeing. We thank Massimo for the hospitality.

We found the apartment to be an excellent choice, in an outstanding location, exceptionally clean, exactly as represented, with a gracious host, and very fairly priced. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s apartment to whoever seeks accommodations while in Venice. We will most definitely stay here again, the next time we return.

Apartment located in a quiet neighborhood, away from tourists. Nearby supermarket, fish shop, vegetable shop and restaurants. All places can be reached on foot or by water tram. Apartment very comfortable. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared for our arrival. We got to the apartment without problems. Quiet neighborhood, close to park. I highly recommend this place.

We had such an incredible time at Michela house. The flat is absolutely lovely and cozy and the position is perfect and quiet. Michela has been a super host always ready to help and extremely kind all the time. It has been the perfect place to spend our week end in Venice, feel like to be at home. I definitely recommend! The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was all exactly as described, we were not expecting any surprises. The communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Great location and nice safe place to stay in a quiet area and close to the beach. Jesolo's famous shopping street was also within minutes walking distance. Also, the very good communication with the host can be highlighted. As an example, I can mention that we needed an iron and ironing board as well as an umbrella and the host dropped it off the next day. Likewise, the ladies at the reception in the hotel (where you have to get the keys) were very nice and helpful. This hotel is also very close to the apartment. In summary, we can recommend this place.

Lovely place to take a solo or family vacation. Beautiful to stay and enjoy the pool, or visit nearby places. Lovely host, she gave us a tour and great recommendations of near by restaurants. Will recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t know where to start, first of all he is as responsive as it gets, with all the best tips for surrounding area. Check in was super easy and very well explained! Apartment is a top notch as well as the whole complex is. Very close to the beach and really peaceful too. I can say that I am very happy that I chose his apartment! All the recommendations!
