Anna and her husband Toni are the perfect hosts! Very reliable, friendly and accommodating! Every question was answered and they even took us to the departure point of the ship! The apartment is as described: very clean, quiet and at the same time centrally located in a nice neighborhood. There were three of us and would be happy to come back! We loved our stay here! Wonderful location where you can walk everywhere. Was easy to get to from airport water bus. Host provided fantastic instructions and was super responsive. It was lovely and warm and quiet. Having the 2 bathrooms was great too and the 2 single beds were perfect for our older kids who do not want to share a bed. Perfect stay! Thank you

We stayed during the Christmas holiday week, and a group of loud youth gathered each night late into the night right outside our window. We called the police twice, but they didn't understand a word of English and nothing happened. This was quite unpleasant sometimes past 1AM, and frustrating, where the noise curfew in Venice is 11pm. Hopefully this won't be an ongoing issue.

This place was absolutely amazing. Great location. Only 15 min walk to st marks square but this place you felt like a local. Coffee shops, cafe and bar close by. Beautiful churches right next door. Apartment was spotless and clean. Bed was comfy. Heat was great. Can not praise this place enough. Will have to come back soon.

Perfect location and super-helpful host! Comfortable bed and perfectly thought-out apartment with everything we needed for a few days. Host went out of her way to share local tips and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely return here.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to anywhere. Although place was right next to the street it wasn’t loud at all. The airbnb is very clean as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Our stay at Daniela's was perfect. The accommodation is very close to the bus stop that leads to Venice, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartmentis perfect for us we were 4 adults and two children, spacious and clean environments. Daniela has always been available with us in all our requests. We will see you again soon.

The discourse with Barberna was superb. The way of arrival was clear and easy. The apartment is located in a very beautiful place, quiet and close to everything. There is all the equipment needed to cook a meal because we for example arrived in the evening of Christmas and in the morning we cooked us breakfast. There is a grocery store two minutes walk from the apartment with everything you need that is open from morning to 2100 during the week. The apartment was clean, with good heating and fresh towels with space to hang them to dry. In addition, the area is comfortable and spacious seating with a smart TV where you can watch Netflix. The WiFi was also great.

A lovely apartment in a quiet and excellent location for exploring the biennial and the city. Marika and Alan were attentive and helpful hosts, and we were extremely comfortable there! Highly recommended.

Massimo was a great host, very kind and responsive, helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations to enjoy our stay in Venice. His place was just as described, there were many great appliances, the kitchen was very functional for its size and overall very organized. Just keep in mind that Venice is a city for walking (and crossing bridges), so be prepared to go long distances while sightseeing. We thank Massimo for the hospitality.

We found the apartment to be an excellent choice, in an outstanding location, exceptionally clean, exactly as represented, with a gracious host, and very fairly priced. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s apartment to whoever seeks accommodations while in Venice. We will most definitely stay here again, the next time we return.

Michaela’s place was in a nice, quiet neighborhood out of the way of the tourist traffic but easily walkable to all of the key sites in Venice. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and we enjoyed being able to unwind on the couch at the end of the day. Michaela was very responsive and helpful - the perfect host! (One note: If you plan to use the futon as a bed, alert the host ahead of time so she can provide sheets. We were unaware of this but still had a wonderful stay!)

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was all exactly as described, we were not expecting any surprises. The communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Great location and nice safe place to stay in a quiet area and close to the beach. Jesolo's famous shopping street was also within minutes walking distance. Also, the very good communication with the host can be highlighted. As an example, I can mention that we needed an iron and ironing board as well as an umbrella and the host dropped it off the next day. Likewise, the ladies at the reception in the hotel (where you have to get the keys) were very nice and helpful. This hotel is also very close to the apartment. In summary, we can recommend this place.

Lovely place to take a solo or family vacation. Beautiful to stay and enjoy the pool, or visit nearby places. Lovely host, she gave us a tour and great recommendations of near by restaurants. Will recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful apartment with a view over the city and the beach. Easy to reach with a car and private parking space. Main street and beach within short walking distance. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely terrace.

I don’t know where to start, first of all he is as responsive as it gets, with all the best tips for surrounding area. Check in was super easy and very well explained! Apartment is a top notch as well as the whole complex is. Very close to the beach and really peaceful too. I can say that I am very happy that I chose his apartment! All the recommendations!
