Dario is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful! The place is nice, it has everything you need and a balcony with morning sun is the cherry on top! A grocery store and bus stop are around the corner, also some restaurants/take away places. Trip to Venice is 20-30 minutes by bus, but it goes every 5-10 minutes and the stop is only 3 minutes from the appartement.

Great location, close to everything, various restaurants and eateries around. The apartment is clean, we were provided with everything we needed. Contact with Marta was seamless, very kind, and helpful. A big plus for a map for guests with different tips and recommendations. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you:)

We felt very comfortable. It is a small, clean and very nice apartment. Soft towels, good beds with very pleasant linens. Everything was very straightforward and worked wonderfully. We will be happy to come back.

Marcos Place is AMAZING! And Marco was very communicative and responsive! Location is the BEST!!! (Literally directly across the canal from splendid Venice hotel - use that as a marker) Very safe, very clean, easy and smooth check in. It was our first time in Venice. We flew from California and Marco and his place could not have been better!! If you are seeking a stay in Venice do not hesitate! If Marcos place is available book it!! Do yourself a favor and have a water taxi pick you up at splendid Vince hotel as you leave to train station or airport. Also have a private water taxi take you to Marcos upon arrival from train or airport. So easy! Ciaoooo

Raoul is an amazing co-host. He helped my wife and I out with so much from recommending where to eat and booking us a table at a restaurant to helping us out with what bus/boat numbers to get for us to get around easy. He also went out of his way to get us a bottle of Prosecco that is asked him to get to surprise my wife with for our wedding anniversary. When it came to checking out at 11am, he was more than happy for us to leave our packed suitcases in the apartment until we needed to leave for the airport. I cannot recommend this apartment and Raoul enough.

We loved staying at Monica's place. The apartment seems smaller in the photos but in real life it is just what it takes for a couple of lovers, it is super cozy, it is hot, no bad smell of piping or humidity, which is rare in the heart of Venice. The decoration is neat based on tasteful flea market furniture and which remains in the spirit of Venice and yet everything is clean and without any trace of humidity. The small private garden is very quiet, very nicely accessorized and overlooking another private garden but the view is magnificent. Monica and her friend Bruno who speaks impeccable French gave us all the instructions to have an immersive and typically Venetian stay, as we wanted, with recommendations from restaurants where we were really able to enjoy high quality Italian cuisine and discover atypical places. Amazing stay at this wonderful apartment. My husband and I spent a weekend in Venice and the location was ideal, very quiet and right next to the canal but only a short walk to the local square with lovely cafes, bars and shops and then on to the centre of Venice. Really comfy bed and lovely space - just what you need to come back to after a day of exploring the city - would certainly recommend.

Our stay at Daniela's was perfect. The accommodation is very close to the bus stop that leads to Venice, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartmentis perfect for us we were 4 adults and two children, spacious and clean environments. Daniela has always been available with us in all our requests. We will see you again soon.

Mo was awesome!! We got in super late and he was so flexible in helping us get in. The place was super comfortable and clean!

We stayed here for a weekend. We were picked up at the boat station and accompanied to the property. Everything is very clean and well heated. At checkout, we were kindly able to leave the luggage in the accommodation a little longer (until noon). Baba recommended good restaurants to us right away. Very friendly landlords, everything perfect. Highly recommend.

A lovely apartment in a quiet and excellent location for exploring the biennial and the city. Marika and Alan were attentive and helpful hosts, and we were extremely comfortable there! Highly recommended.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Its name refers to the treatment received. Maximum attention, maximum help, incredible tips. Besides being an ideal establishment, he gave us perfect advice to make the most of our time and not spend money unnecessarily. Flexibility in check-out and check-in times, everything perfectly clean. Quickly answer questions through the Airbnb app. And he's a really charming person. I recommend it 100%. Fantastic stay in Venice! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the vaporetto station, making it super easy to explore the city. Venice itself isn't very big, so everything was within a short distance. The accommodation was comfortable, and the host was welcoming. Highly recommend!

Isabella’s place in Venice is outstanding. Right at Campo Santo Stefano, the location cannot be more practical, but also quaint. Three minute walk to S.Samuele Vaporetto stop that will connect to and from train and airport, and close to great restaurants and museums (Academia). The place is appointed with everything one might need for a stay, the art and the furniture are elegantly selected. My husband and I just loved it. We communicated with Valentina who was super helpful and kind. We would love to return.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

It was only for one night but we feel very satisfied, Alberto was always quick and expansive when we asked for something and about the accommodation itself nothing to say

Great location and nice safe place to stay in a quiet area and close to the beach. Jesolo's famous shopping street was also within minutes walking distance. Also, the very good communication with the host can be highlighted. As an example, I can mention that we needed an iron and ironing board as well as an umbrella and the host dropped it off the next day. Likewise, the ladies at the reception in the hotel (where you have to get the keys) were very nice and helpful. This hotel is also very close to the apartment. In summary, we can recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment with a view over the city and the beach. Easy to reach with a car and private parking space. Main street and beach within short walking distance. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely terrace.

The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back.
