The location is very accessible, the area is safe, there are some supermarkets minutes away and places to eat, I would book here again without a problem. Oh and Javier's dogs are a big plus, they are quite gentle and quiet.

We had an excellent, relaxing weekend at Victor's cabin. The place was simple but clean, well kept, and decently equipped, just as we expected for a weekend escape from CDMX. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot water (which was an issue in other airbnb cabañas we rented in the region). It seems to be a place Victor and his family enjoys for happy moments together. Good vibes. A point that could be improved is the width of the couple bed, though it was not really a major issue.

Loved this beautiful fourth floor apartment with wrap around balcony in the trees. Great light and very comfortable. Fantastic neighborhood for walking and eating. Hope to come back!

A super cute home with the amenities you need. Ask for heating and delicious water. Enamoradas de la Señora Anita who helps you during the stay (if you decide to contract it). Super helpful at all times. Elvi who welcomes you, very attentive and pending. Everything clean, the garden very well arranged. My recommendations are to leave a package of napkins for those of us who use it to distribute it however and the toilet paper that is a little thicker. If you decide to go to this house, you will have an amazing time.

Everything was perfect

More than a clean and comfortable place, a helpful group of hosts that were very responsive. As another reviewer said, the beds were very clean and comfortable. Fans to help with city noise made sleeping there very refreshing. Our first trip to cdmx and would definitely return to this city and do business with these folks again.

It was a lovely, well kept apartment. We were running late from traveling and he met us at the apartment to give us the keys. He was very friendly however we didn’t need much else from him. There were a few small items in the pantry which was nice as we didn’t have to get everything from scratch. Location was great for us.

Lorenzo's beautiful Airbnb is in a fantastic location. We were about ~10 -15min walk from so many popular areas in Rome Norte and Condesa. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and beautiful, and we loved going to enhorabuena cafe in the mornings for our coffee and mama carmela for some incredible breakfast pastries. The apartment itself is very stylishly decorated and Lorenzo was kind enough to leave us two massive jugs of filtered water, sparkling water, and coffee for us to use. The airbnb doesn't have AC but there is a nice big fan that was helpful in the bedroom and massive glass doors that open to let in a cool breeze in the morning/evenings that helped circulate the air. Overall, we would stay here again and were very satisfied with our trip.

Sandra's place was perfect for our nine days in CDMX! It's well located at the intersection of hip Condesa and Roma Norte neighborhoods so there is great food, easy public transit (including numerous Ecobici bike share stations - hot tip, this is a fantastic way to get around town), and fantastic sights to see nearby. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and we especially enjoyed the balcony, which is warm and sunny during the day and cool and fresh at night. The front desk staff was friendly and we loved lounging on the rooftop after a long day of touring around. Sandra was also very communicative - we had a couple of questions which she addressed immediately (like, within a minute or two!) and was super helpful. We would happily return to her place on our next trip to CDMX!
