Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Miguel Department

Nelson's place, was great. Well decorated, sufficient amenties, and as described. Only issue was how dirty the house was when we arrive, we informed Nelson immediately and he was professional and sent his cleanning lady to clean again. That wasn't enough so we ended hiring another cleanning lady the next day to properly clean. We informed Nelson and he was gracious enough to refund the cleanning fee. We recommend his place specially now that he has a new cleanning crew.

I love this place! It's my second time staying there, and I am looking forward to coming back next year. My family and I feel at home, the place is big and has room for all of us. The kitchen is nice and big. The people there are helpful and friendly.

The house is one row back from the beach which was a little disappointing since the listing looks like its on the beach. However it is really easy access to the beach. The pool was the highlight for us. Not heated (which I liked) so very refreshing in the 90 degree heat! I would suggest that since people spend all there time outside that they get more comfortable chairs. Hard wood and plastic--very uncomfortable.Also note there is no hot water in the house so get ready to shower in cold water. The neighbor Enoe cooked for us and was delightful but she only speaks Spanish.

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as pictured—clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience seamless. The highlight was the stunning private beach—peaceful and breathtaking. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Carolina was amazing! She is a responsive, attentive, and willing to help! She was able to understand my situation, quickly proposed a solution and we came to an agreement that we both liked! I never had to reach out to question my stay or did i I have anything to critique about the location! The stay itself is breath taking, and very close to everything that you could possibly need! I highly recommend this location! Simply what you need for privacy and a nearby getaway.

Excellent location, Loved the space! Felt very safe great security services. The home was well kept and my mother loved the hammock outside the balcony area. Great experience overall!

A great place for a one night stop-over as we traveled through El Salvador. We hope to be back!
