Vacation rentals with a fire pit in San Miguel de Cozumel

Can't say enough good things about this place. It was clean, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen and better views than seen in the pictures. There were restaurants on both sides of the building which made the atmosphere festive during the day (they closed early so it was nice and quiet at night). My daughter couldn't get enough of the snorkeling right off our beach. This was a great family vacation and we can't wait to go back!

This was the first time we had stayed off resort, and we absolutely LOVED it! Short walk to the beach - which felt like our very own! We never had to worry about getting there to save our spot! She helped us with car rental so everything was seamless! She checked in on us periodically just to make sure we were OK and answered any questions we had right away! By the time we left I felt like we were good friends! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much, Paola!!!

Great condo in an absolutely wonderful neighborhood. Most importantly, it is so quiet and peaceful — much different than other places located in Playa del Carmen’s center. The bed is very comfortable. We slept great. There are nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the home. There is also a great pool. The host communicates very well. We would stay here again.

This is our second stay at Laura & Edouard’s wonderful oasis! We loved the space and they were extremely great hosts. Very easy to communicate with and they responded immediately (they live in the unit but are very unobtrusive and don’t bother you at all unless you have a concern but at the same time very open and welcoming. They had a taxi driver who took us to dive each day and to the airport at the end of our trip. The bedrooms are large and very well air conditioned. It’s also an excellent value. Would absolutely stay here again. I left a hat and towel the first time I stayed and they saved it for me so I got it on our second visit! This is maybe the fifth place I’ve stayed in Cozumel and it’s definitely my favorite!

This place is literally 2 blocks from downtown with all the restaurants, shops, and sights. You can see all the cruise ships coming and going from the balconies. Ease of access to shopping and restaurants, and taxis, is phenomenal. The building manager, Bedo, was more than helpful. He took care of some entrance issues we had, that was my fault because I provided my business phone number and not my personal. There were some lock issues because of a low battery in the door lock, which was taken care of immediately. Bedo even arranged some tourist excursions for my family, as well as a rental car for what I thought was an extremely low price of 68$ US for a day. My only gripe would be that there was no oven in the unit, but it had everything else, which was great. We only ate in for 1 or 2 meals anyways. the space was very adequate for my family of 4 with the master having a king bed and an onsuite bathroom. the other bedroom was a good size as well, plus a Murphy bed.

Fernanda's place was wonderful. Me and my family enjoyed every single minute of our trip. The people in the community were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The pools were out of this world and the gym was amazing!!!!

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

What a beautiful place! Our family had the greatest time! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Jose and Jessy for all your help!
