Edwin was a great host, he attended to our needs quickly and always with a smile! His property is perfect for a huge group/family. Fully-airconditioned, complete with beddings, lots of pillows and blanket, lots of space to lounge and sleep. Peaceful and secured community, with gated parking, just a few steps away from the clubhouse pool. Will surely book again for future fam gatherings.

We had a lovely stay! The house is very cozy and comfortable and we have felt the Japanese vibe. Linens and towels are nice and clean. Joyce is also very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We will book again when we come back in the area. Thank you!

It's our second time here at casa Verde. The place is spacious, clean rooms, nice kitchen and really just in the metro. No longer need to travel a long time (haggard and tiring/hassle). Location is perfect specially I have my elderly parents with me. Great Host, and the caretakers are approachable. Will come back again, and thank you for making my daughter's birthday so much fun with her friends.

I had a really great stay at Poo's place. It was clean and SMELLED GOOD! Also appreciated the free shampoo since i forgot to bring my own. When i requested for additional toilet paper, I received it right away. Would recommend this place and would book it again!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Ms. Chona! ☺️

Love the place, the ambiance it gives is so peaceful. The place is so furnished and complete with what you may need. It is also great for group of people since it saves time to prepare because of two bathrooms. Recommended for a relaxing stay since it comes with a massage chair. Also, it is comfy to move around since the space is enough to accommodate 8 pax. The host is accommodating too with our inquiries and request. Recommendable place to stay. Thank you.

Follow the host's instructions on how to get there. Waze and Google Maps will give you a different road which is more difficult (long rough road) than what the host gave. The rest house was clean, especially the pool. The water was so clear and we didn't smell a strong amount of chlorine. If you would like an IG-worthy rest house, this might not be it, but good enough for a simple family/friend bonding. The water in the faucets have a strong flow, but I just hope that all of the locks of CRs would be fixed. Ask for kitchen tools as well before going since they don't have much such as rice cooker.

The unit albeit old felt homey and lived-in. The furniture was simple but functional. The kitchen had all the basic things you'll need. The location was superb and so near to key places like malls, restaurants and convenience stores. Far was a gracious host. Friendly and always willing to help on your requests or concerns. Overall, our family had a great stay and such a good way to start the New Year.

The unit is beyond perfect. It went above and beyond my expectations. It’s perfect for long term stays as everything you need is already provided. The kitchen has complete amenities and I also appreciate that it has its own laundry machine so we can always have clean and fresh towels and sheets during the long stay. The place is immaculately clean and the linens and pillows smell really fresh. Its also very spacious and having a bedroom is a plus. The host is professional, welcoming and very attentive. This is definitely my new favorite place in Manila.

Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

The host is proactive and accommodating where she made sure that we have what we need. I wish they had plane mirrors in the room aside from the bathroom area so that it will be more convenient to freshen up. Overall, had a great experience.

Had a wonderful tour upon arrival of the place and the washing cage. Jacque was friendly and helpful in welcoming us. The guards at the entrance are super friendly too. Sir Cedric's place - the Camp Stone Hill is definitely a visit! One of the most relaxing place I've ever been to. So many activities to try as well - for us, we tried the airsoft for the first time and we had the best experience so far. Host and the staff were very accommodating. Smooth transactions from checkin to checkout. No doubt, best location to celebrate our anniversary! Will definitely going back! ❤️
