Vacation rentals with a pool in San Mateo

We loved our stay at Casita Casita. Courtney was flexible with check in and check out, quick to respond to requests and had an amazing book of recommendations in the area. So glad we could bring our fur baby with us on the adventure too. We would stay here again!

This house was perfect for our group. It’s a big and unique space, very practical with plenty of living/lounge space, indoor and outdoor dining, great swimming pool, etc. It’s on the older side, but very functional - and has things like air conditioning that aren’t at all givens in the area. WiFi works great, including for work from home. It’s equipped with the basics (and some unexpected odds and ends!), but if you want particular kitchen or bathroom supplies you may want to bring your own. It’s also very easy to pick up anything you need nearby. Would recommend!

We stayed in Dan’s place during Thanksgiving to visit family close by. Dan was very responsive and allowed us an early checkin. The house was immaculate and the layout was just what our family needed. We would definitely stay again and can’t recommend it enough.

Wonderful stay at this place - it looks even better than the photos. Incredibly welcoming space and responsive hosts, with all the amenities (including coffee) provided for. Great tips for things to do, and a peaceful, relaxing place to spend time in. Will definitely come again.

Mei's place was perfect for our visit to Hayward! The neighborhood was quiet, the layout was spacious, and our group of 6 adults and 1 baby had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again - hopefully in the summer when we can really utilize the incredible backyard space!

We had a very enjoyable time in William’s home. This is a very friendly, spacious and unique place. In very beautiful surroundings and easily reachable. We’d be happy to come back!

The space was beautiful! The heater in the bathroom was the perfect addition, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Kirk was very responsive and kind. Everything was just as in the listing. Would definitely recommend this space.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

The apartment was so charming, comfortable, and clean with many thoughtful extras. The host was most responsive and pleasant, everything about gaining entry, staying, and departing quite clear. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to all!

The short version of the review is that, from now on, every time I am back in the Bay Area, I will book this place. It is everything I expect. Now, the long review: The unit is a spacious, quiet and clean unit facing north in a charming building with a very welcoming entrance. The building has the graciousness of 1960s architecture and is well-kept at the corner where two of the most affluent and charming neighborhoods of Silicon Valley meet: close to two Caltrain stations that make your commute to SF and San Jose super convenient. The condo is renovated with great amenities, clean furniture, and a clean bathroom. The bedroom opens to a lovely Magnolia tree that has framed the whole window. Neighbors are quiet and discreet. Parking was indoors with secured gates, another bonus. The location of this property is within walking distance of Stanford Shopping Center, Whole Foods, and Trader’s Joe. Ryan is friendly, very responsive, and communicates well. We will come back again!

I've been to Oakland 3 times and I promise you this is the best spot I've stayed in. Selamawit was kind enough to meet me in person when I first arrived to give me a tour of place and show me around. No host has ever done this for me before. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely safe. I felt safer in this neighborhood than in some areas in NYC. The buses are close by and the nearest BART station is MacArthur which isn't too far. The place was clean, the bed was cozy, big living room perfect for company, nice hot water for showering. There's also a laundry mat downstairs too. I have no complaints about this place. will definitely stay again

Joann's place was perfect for my mother-in-law! We live in the same community so my mother-in-law was able to walk to our unit easily and she loves the landscaping of our community so it was a treat for her to walk through it every day. On top of that, Joann's place was more updated and nicer than ours so she felt very pampered. :P My mother-in-law kept calling it the penthouse suite so it was a great success. If possible, we would book it for every one of her visits!
