Vacation rentals with a patio in San Martino, Genova

Jessica is a very good host, very friendly, she always responded in time, the accommodation is in a comfortable potion for the center of Recco, a 20-minute walk from Camogli. The only note is the noise of the cars in the evening, but it does not bother you, but if you are families or people who are not accustomed on the first day it can be used to settle in. Useful to have a parking space available!

We had a nice stay with Fiorella. The apt. is cozy and homely and the beds are good. In both rooms there is a well-functioning air conditioning and the garden is an absolute plus. Parking was great and made our stay even more relaxing. The communication with Fiorella was very pleasant and she always responded quickly to questions about the apt. or the area. For us, the location was perfect, because we could go anywhere by car and at the same time the stay gave the necessary peace and quiet. In the apt. really everything you need is available. The only downside for us was the connection between the bedroom and the living room with the sofa bed. There is an internal "window" without glass so the bedroom is not completely screened. For us that was a bit inconvenient because I was traveling with my daughter and her boyfriend. Still, we loved our stay.

Beautifully located woth a sea view, with its own two little patios, AC, spacious rooms, antique objects, old books, this is quite a unique apartment with a wonderful atmosphere. Clise to the beach and restaurants. The only shortcoming is narrow driveway, so don't bring a big car. I would also have liked more bathing and kitchen towels. All perfect otherwise.

It was all great, wonderful view, beautiful apartment, easy communication with the landlords, who were very nice, great location. it was very nice!

Very kind host and super quick to respond. The room is taken care of, small but really comfortable. In addition, it has allowed us to leave our suitcases in the room to let the beauty of Rapallo walk a little more! Spacious and well equipped apartment with lots of extras. Quiet location not far from the center of Camogli, a 10-15 minute walk away. Gaia and Vincenzo are very attentive hosts. The communication with them worked out great. We loved having a parking spot on the private premises. Glad to come back!

Strongly recommended for couples wich are looking for charm and luxury of the past. The unit and building are marvelous , oppulent, and perfectly restored. Also very convenient to Piazza Principe Station and a short walk to Old City and all Porto Nuovo attractions

Super nice apartment that matched the description. Good beds, cozy living room/kitchen, beautiful view from the kitchen window and roof terrace. The host was quick to respond and accommodating. Rapallo is a wonderful spot that we have visited many times. We would definitely love to come back to SanGiorgio.

If you are looking for a a piece of rustic Italian life style…this place is for you. Situated up in a mountain village in a traditional Italian village. Beautiful views of the mountains and the valley below. For staying here, preparation is key. Make sure you everything you need as once here it is 25-30 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket of restaurant (although there is a small shop and bar 1 minute walk but only has a small section of items…this is a must see place though! ) Maria and Luka are amazing hosts always on hand to help, giving us a wonderful leaving gift.

CoZy House was everything that the profile on Airbnb had promised. It was easy to find, very close to Boccadasse beach, clean, well equipped and with local recommendations too. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were ample (especially the revamped ensuite) and the kitchen was comfortable for cooking and dining. We enjoyed the takeaway pizza from Antico Borgo, foccaccia from A Pestun'a Cu-a Sa and gelato from Amedeo Antica Gelateria. The bus & train info was spot-on too and we successfully caught the no.31, no.42 and a train from Genova Sturla. We are frequent visitors to Genova and we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every aspect! The house spans two floors, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The kitchen is equipped with every imaginable appliance and utensil, making cooking an absolute pleasure. The bathroom was spotless and so comfortable that we felt right at home. However, the true highlight is the location and the breathtaking view from the house. Overlooking the sea with stunning sunsets, it genuinely felt like paradise. The setting is perfect for exploring Genoa while staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A short walk from the house leads to a bus stop with a very reliable bus service that took us directly to the city center. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay and we thank Carlo for his exceptional hospitality. Communication was smooth and quick, and we’re so grateful to have discovered this hidden gem. Highly recommended!

Staying at La Casa Soprana was an absolute dream! Nestled in the Centro Storico, this place is a hidden gem, offering gorgeous views, peaceful vibes, and so much character. And Laura, the host, was amazing! From the start, she was super welcoming and full of insider tips and local recommendations that made the trip unforgettable. Whether it was the best local osterias or must-see spots in Genova, Laura had us covered. The place? Perfectly cozy and stylish, with all the little details thought out to make it feel like home. This is the kind of spot you tell your friends about (but also kind of want to keep to yourself). If you’re looking for a getaway that’s equal parts relaxing and inspiring, with Genova right at your doorstep, La Casa Soprana is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Paolo was very nice, and we really liked the place. The view was unique! Walking to the sea and back was too far for us with the kids. But there was a great bus connection everywhere very close. Only for our VWBus it was almost impossible to get to the apartment and away again. That's why always taken a public bus, even for shopping. What was a little inconvenient for 7 to wear.....But that didn't detract from the great stay.

Our stay at Chiara's really matched our expectations. We found it very responsive and pleasant during our email exchanges. The apartment is very comfortable, with unobstructed views of the landscape, it is vast, very clean and well-equipped. We walked a lot to have access to the seaside as well as restaurants and various services but it was not unpleasant, on the contrary! Finally, we will say that this apartment is well located for enjoying the beauties of the region such as the Cinque Terre, Portofino or Genoa... Thanks to Chiara for helping to make our stay a success!

Barbara's apartment is really recommended: great location, parking, quiet and yet central, despite the attic bright and spacious, without kitsch, everything as described and very well equipped, roof terrace a dream, check in unproblematic and remote. We were there over Christmas and New Year, for this time the apartment is very suitable. Ideal for two couples or family with two kids. So all in all an absolute recommendation!

Amazing place with a gorgeous view to the sea. Olga and her husband are super responsive and so welcoming. Hoping we can come back in summer to enjoy the private access to the beach and the canoes :)

Absolutely.!!! Mindblowing Carlo was every responsive and helpful 😀 No need to bring anything you will have more than what you have at your own place🙌 The house is way better than you will see in photos. Train station is so near by , makes your exploring easy. I would recommend everyone to live here Will come back here next time soon.
