It's a nice place for family vacations and the best part is that they accept pets. Excellent location and very good communication from Mr. Philippe, he was attentive at all times.

This place was ideal for a calm vacation. I went with my two kids and its was kid friendly. The children’s pool was great. The location was amazing. I did appreciate how they were able to accommodate us earlier than the 3 PM check-in. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful. Having the parking garage was a huge plus. The host was responsive and very helpful. Restaurants are of walking distance and it was a really great and safe place to be.

An excellent place, with direct access from the beach to the pool area, very conveniently located and very comfortable, I definitely recommend it. The host responds quickly and is always attentive to any questions.

it is a nice and quite place if you are seeking for relaxing vacations, access to the beach club and the private beach which make it a must, but to be honest with the condo swimming pool is enough, the view from the apartment was beautiful, and the sunset at the beach topnotch. Definitely we will come back. 🇨🇦🇪🇨

We had a beautiful family holiday, we would definitely stay in the apartment again when we return.

Great view from the sea !!! It featured amenities such as pools, sauna, Turkish, games, and everything within walking distance of the beach. We pass it very nice in new year watching the fireworks. Manuel is always friendly and attentive to our concerns.

Loved this place, right on the Malacon walking distance to shops and restaurants, the ocean is across the street. you can't beat the view from the 20th floor....

Beautiful apartment on the beach. very spacious, has everything you need and more. Really nice pool that overlooks the beach. Some sun loungers as well, was always really quiet. We basically had it to ourselves. It was great for a few relaxing days after travelling. There's also a pool table / table tennis + a small gym. All the staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful. Fernando was equally very helpful and would answer any questions we had. He made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return if back in Salinas.

Particularly I am a very tidy person and that there are rules of accommodation both for entry and departure from the house, I thought it was excellent. The house is impeccable, very clean, in order. Just like in the pictures. I recommend the place as it is very quiet and above all safe. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you

Such a blast!!! Everything starts with location , beautiful, peaceful place, safe with guards . Social area, pool, tennis courts, and playground. We enjoyed our vacation, house was cleaned, every supply needed, absolutely it's a going back. Jessica was helpful, great host 👏.
