Serviced apartment vacation rentals in San Juan

The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

I highly recommend Eileen’s place, she is such an amazing host. Always asking if everything is good, Or if you need anything at anytime let her know. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🥰 Also Gabriela ( her daughter) is such a helpful person. it was my first time in Puerto Rico and she recommended the best beaches and places to visit. They made me felt like it was my own home. The place is absolutely nice and well equipped and clean. The location is 15min away from all of the restaurants, airport and San Juan viejo!

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

We loved our stay in the heart of downtown. We have little toddlers and absolutely loved that the bedrooms are far from the Main Street, so despite being so close to all amenities and nightlife, the place felt extremely quiet. the AC worked well, the water was warm, not hot, but that’s to be expected. no power interruptions during our stay. it’s an old house so as expected there’s little steps everywhere so you’ll need to supervise your toddlers to prevent falls, but the place is otherwise super kid friendly with a high chair and a pack and play. Raquel and Ralph were very communicative and Irma, who checked us in, went out of her way to share recommendations for a ride from the airport with our little ones. The location can’t be beaten, so close to everything of interest in old San Juan. Would love to be back soon!

Our third visit to PR was perfect. We’ve rented an Airbnb room at this location twice prior to booking with Irving and were satisfied but it was booked. A bit hesitant booking a different room but took a chance. Prior to our trip, Irving informed us that there is a possibility the room that was advertised may not be available because they were being used to house earthquake victims which we sympathized and understood. He offered other rooms that were not yet remodeled. He sent pictures and we were okay with it. When we arrived And checked in we ended up getting the room that was advertised. It was excellent. We had a view of the pool, coconut trees and beach. We are looking forward to our next trip to PR!!!!!

Great location for relaxing if you want or whatever else you may want to do. you can walk to restaurants shopping or anything else you may want. tours pick up several locations near by as well. washer and dryer are a huge plus as well.

Came for NYE weekend and was so happy with the room and location. Right around the corner from the beach, and we could see fireworks from the balcony (extra perk). Will be coming back again soon!

Great Place to stay, Pedro was quick with responses and very accommodating the home had everything I needed PLUS MORE . Clean, AC IS GREAT AND shower is nice and refreshing . I enjoyed my stay thank you for having me! I’ll be back!

We had a great time staying here. The apartment was clean, spacious enough for 2 & our dog, with a cute outdoorspace for us to relax. In a great location, close to everything we needed in a nice neighbourhood. Janet was very responsive, nice and helped with anything we needed. Great for a long stay, with stable WiFi, ideal for working. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pans and appliances to cook. Thanks so much for the stay Janet, we'll be back! X

I celebrated my birthday here with a group of friends. Our stay was absolutely amazing thanks to this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Chonte was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved spending our mornings by the pool or on the patio and our evenings exploring. Thanks to the staff our stay couldn’t have been better. Our drivers Voss, Javier, Carlos, and Maggie were absolutely phenomenal. Always prompt with picking us up and making sure the vehicle was large enough to accommodate our group of 7. As well as offering recommendations. Chef Claudia prepared the most amazing meals for us and Monica came in daily to clean/straighten up. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. 5 stars all around!

This was my first time staying in Isla Verde. I try to stay in different areas of San Juan when I visit the island so I can maximize my experiences. The location was perfect for anyone who likes to walk to restaurants, the beach or site seeing. Extra bonus, the airport is only a few minutes away. Uber is available as well. San Juan Casino right next door. I did like the fact that there is security 24 hours which were welcoming and professional. This condo unit was very clean, modern and safe. The pool was great and clean. The hostess always available and answered my questions promptly. For women that like to travel solo, I recommend this place and the area. I will definitely re-book in the future.
