Vacation rentals with beach access in San Juan Playa

we stayed here for 4 night's November 2024, great location between old and new town and only a few seconds walk to the beach. the host was very responsive and because we had a early morning flight she let us check in earlier than arranged.. check in instructions where simple to follow due to the short video you receive. this is the 3rd airbnb I've stayed in this year in benidorm and it was certainly the nicest and will definitely stay here again. kitchen is a bit small but that didn't bother us because we had no intention of cooking whilst on holiday anyway. overall great location great apartment and very helpful host.

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

Amazing accommodation! Magical view and very luxurious area with heated pool, gym, tennis court and more. James was a great host who responded right away if there was any thought. Can highly recommend.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, in a good location, with a beautiful view of the sea and access to the beach. Good communication with the owner and the person taking care of the apartment. The only drawback is the difficulty of finding a parking space, but access to good public transport may compensate for this. Using only the tram that stops under the domains, you can explore the entire coast. I highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay! The host was welcoming and attentive, and the place was spotless and comfortable. The location was great, and everything I needed was provided. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

Our stay at Juan's went very well. He is very friendly and available. The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and with a shared pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing vacation. For more logistical ease, it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

It was a great family stay. The house is perfectly located very close to the sea (around a few minutes' walk) and Liddle supermarket (around 1 minute walk), so you don’t need a car at all to enjoy your stay. Roxana and Alex, who guided us during our stay, were excellent and helped us a lot. Roxana also helped us organize a transfer to airport. I am highly recommend this place to stay.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

The stay was very good, Maria Dolores was very attentive, she responds quickly when it is written, the accommodation as described in the listing, 100% recommended, good communication, close to the beach, which by the way was very good, we felt right at home, if I would repeat the fantastic experience, everything was very clean.

The house is a wonderful, good location in a quiet area, close to the city by car. Everything was very clean and José Luis was super friendly and always attentive. We would repeat for sure!

The apartment is in a great location, right across the street from the beach, and very close to the city center. The airport bus stop is very close, and all the sights can be walked from the property. Everything is as shown in the pictures and is as described. The host is friendly, responsive, and ready to help right away if needed. He also offered that we could stay longer the last day of our stay. Overall a straight five rating🙂.

We had a fantastic week at Maria's apartment. The location is unbeatable: in a quiet area, perfect for resting, and just 50 meters from the beach, literally four steps away. In addition, the promenade that surrounds it is huge and beautiful, ideal for enjoying long walks. The area is very accessible and convenient to get around. The apartment was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very well equipped, with all kinds of appliances and amenities. The hosts were charming and always attentive to any need. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we will stay here again. Totally recommended!

Really enjoyed the stay at this place. Car can be parked inside the gate. Great location with the sea view from the terrace. Further from the city centre which makes it more peaceful place. With a car we travelled along the beaches, explored beautiful nature and monuments around with a lot of sun. We had great time in Spain.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We had a fantastic stay at Irene's families Appartment. The balcony is stunning for sitting out for meals and drinks and the views are beautiful. The place is clean and well equipped with all you need. The rooms are spacious and look just like the pictures. Lovely coffee, chocolates and cava on arrival made it feel very special. The building is secure and the pool area is well maintained and a peaceful spot to relax. The sandy beach is right across the road and we found a great restaurant and local shop so didn't need to go far. Perfect for indulgent relaxation. Thanks so much

The Apartment was in a beautiful location with outstanding sea views. A peaceful location set in a gated community with a short walk through the immaculate garden to the beach. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. There was a family run restaurant Savini’s across the road which had good food. Villajoysa is a charming, quaint village full of colourful properties and great restaurants We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you Helga!

What can we say? We've stayed at this property 3 different times over 3 years. We will be back. Perfect location, close to city center, beach, restaurants, TRAM station, all walking distance. Very comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. Clean, nice layout, breathtaking view. Balcony overlooking promenade and beach is our favorite spot! Great place to watch the fleet of fishing boats return to port each afternoon. Fantastic hosts, hope to see them soon!!
