Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Juan Playa, Alicante

My wife & i have been to Benidorm lots of times, stayed in many hotels & apartments but this is the best apartment we have stayed in, its only suitable for 2 people, it has all amenities, as described and is very secure. We stayed from mid December to mid January & the weather was warm during the day & got cold on a night but the aircon/heating in the apartment was good enough to cope with this so we were very comfortable. We would like to try this apartment again in the warmer months so we can experience the pool etc. as that looks good too. We arrived by van via Bilbao ferry so were a bit concerned about parking but we were soon at easy as there was ample parking in a secure car park too. The bar in the apartment building is good too & we met a few friendly local people There is also a supermarket a short walk away Its in the location that we like as we have lots of friends in the Rincon area. We felt that if anything was wrong then we only had to contact Salvador Well done Salvador

We had such a fantastic stay at the apartment! The apartment had everything we needed and more. From the proactive and helpful hosts, Jose and David, to the modern and clean decor, amazing view, and convenient location near the Tram, bus stop, and beach, it was a perfect getaway. The surprise of having an underground car park (although we chose on this occasion, not to hire a car and embrace the Tram) and access to the Gym on-site was a pleasant addition. It is a wonderful “complex” that was well-maintained, including the pool, garden, and communal areas. Overall we could not fault anything and had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to return. Thank you!

The location was fabulous for everything. We loved being right near the old town, plenty of shops and eating places only moments away. Our host answered any of our questions immediately and messaged us to ensure everything was ok and to remind us that he was there to help us if needed. We would 100% stay there again if visiting Benidorm.

this place was great with plenty of room for our seven-person group. We arrived to a bottle of wine snacks coffee and tea. They had plenty of beach chairs and towels for us to sit out at the beach or the pool. Mark hooked us up with a cheap taxi and Benjamin was always there for anything we needed. We will be back.

great place to stay for couple days parking can be difficult but no imposible

Simply put, amazing place to stay. First of all, thank Irene for her patience with us, we were late on arrival and she was also attentive, helpful and very polite. For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. Caliù Rambla is an extremely comfortable and spacious apartment. It was clean with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to the Old Town, the beach, Castle ( there’s a lift in case it’s too steep) and the Mercado. Visiting the amazing market was a highlight. We stayed over Three Kings Day and had a great view of the Parade from the balcony. Communication with Borja was perfect.

Excellent stay. Quiet, clean and neat urbanization. The house is as shown in the photos,comfortable and with everything you need for a fantastic stay. Mr. Hakan was most helpful and friendly, always attentive and with immediate response. Extra recommendation: Leaving the Urbanization and next door to the Suma supermarket there is a fantastic cafeteria! Recommended the house and its owner!

Great villa, in a great location with selection of supermarkets nearby. One thing to note is nearest supermarket open on a Sunday is a 40 minute walk away. Host was very responsive and proactive to any issues we had. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The space was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The decor of the house is modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

Our first time in Torrevieja and chose Denis’s apartment for our stay and very pleased that we did. A lovely clean and well decorated place with lovely views of the sea. The area around the apartment while hilly, was so quiet and peaceful with plenty of parking close by. Denis was always quick to respond to our messages. A few bars & restaurants around the corner and the beach and other restaurants approximately ten minutes walk away. Will look to book again if we chose to return.

I can’t recommend Rosa Maria’s place enough! Breathtaking views from the apartment, easy to explore around, family friendly. We loved it so much!

Great location and pool

The truth is that it is a very cozy apartment with everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days and enjoy the beach, as is the lady who did not receive very friendly. Thank you a stay to repeat.

The apartment was spotless and very clean and Dani attended to us super BN , even let us leave the apartment later for having a baby of a few months.

A nice, clean apartment and communication was very good. We were there in the off season and therefore it was very quiet despite the large complex.

The stay met our expectations. Very good communication with the host. Good location. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Great public transport connection to the center of Alicante. You can park your car in the internal parking lot for free. And most importantly, an exclusive hot tub 😊

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host
