Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan

A very spacious apartment, and secured most of all. Wonderful beach location, and abundant in fresh air. A peaceful place to unwind. Sir Neil and family are lovely people. Though we didn’t came much into contact with them, they are always ready for care and assistance when needed. The last bit of the road to the apartment compound is still raw and rough but other than that, it’s all still worth it.

Our recent stay was truly exceptional! The beachfront location provided breathtaking ocean views and immediate access to the pristine shores, making it a perfect retreat for beach lovers. The property was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. From the well-appointed kitchen to the cozy bed spaces. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding hospitality. The host and caretaker were incredibly friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had.

Got a little lost going there since it's a little hard to find. But the staff are very attentive and helpful all throughout our 6-nights stay. The place is huge and complete with kitchen utensils. You can buy groceries from the nearby mall (Robinsons) and cook inside the unit. The only thing missing is a tv..it's nice to relax sometimes watching a movie after a long day. The beachfront is really the reason I booked this property and it did not disappoint. It's far from the flock of tourists so you can enjoy some alone time here. The wifi is reliable and the two rooms, though with no a/c unit is still comfortable.

We frequent Maricris’ place and we love it every time! It’s in the perfect location and the newly renovated rooms are very spacious, clean, and has everything you will need.

I appreciated the location's peacefulness, tidiness, and warmth. I will certainly arrange to stay here again.

Such a spacious and beautiful house for the family. Plenty of beds and spacious space for everyone. Stayed overnight before our trip to Vigan and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Charrie’s mom was very nice, and accommodating helped us during our check in. She was so sweet and kind. Thankyou po. Once again, Charrie’s place is highly recommended

Host is very accommodating and responsive during our reservation up until we reached the villa. We were amazed of how the villa was arranged - it looks small outside but was actually huge inside. All things are neat and clean. They also have indoor and outdoor kitchen, you can even grill if you love to. Comfort rooms have bidet. And there is a garage if you asked. All in all we had a great vacation- staycation in Serendipity Villa. We will for sure go back in this place if we visit LU.

Could accommodate multiple people and is very spacious. The linen provided as well definitely felt washed and clean ❤️ Host is extra nice and very responsive. We felt very safe and assured. He is approachable and can be easily accessed for whatever needs we may have. I love how everywhere you go it was nice and cool as there was air conditioning through out the home. Would love to stay again at a lesser hectic time as we were not able to appreciate the places near the Airbnb that much. Loved the host’s restaurant recommendations tho. Aginana is true to its name - you can really rest and enjoy the beautifully designed home. The owners and manager were kind very hands on. The staff were all polite and helpful. I cannot praise them enough because they really made our stay comfortable. The villa we stayed at looked and smelled so clean. It was really nice that they have a pool and that they have their own restaurant that served yummy food!

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in to be honest. Beyond the place looking absolutely stunning, the place is well-maintained and clean. Would definitely book this again when we come back!

We enjoyed our overall stay at Alex's place. It was very spacious, clean, and the surroundings was peaceful. The place was easy to find, and we had a smooth check-in process as well. I would also like to commend the internet connection. I had to log in for work our first day, and the internet did not let me down. We had a very relaxing time in the premise. We'd definitely recommend this to our peers!

Already planning future stays in this place. It was very cozy and felt like I was staying somewhere familiar. The place looked and smelled clean because it was! Utensils are available to use, towels, toiletries, etc. The home owners gave us space when it was time to check in which we appreciated. Love this house so much! Can't wait to be back. ❤️

Choosing Casa Dreaming was one of the best decisions we made in planning our LU outing. It fit all of us cousins in one house and provided us easy access to a clean beach. Everything was superb from comfortable rooms with CR each to balconies with perfect views, to big common areas for chilling. Honestly, most corners of the house are very picturesque so even without a scheduled activity, anyone could just go around and take photos for fun. Having a nice place to stay is not the only reason why Casa Dreaming is so nice. The owners themselves (Jek and Steffi) are the very reason you should choose this Airbnb. They are very accommodating and patient to all our requests/questions. Other than the owners, the Airbnb staff (Bim) was also very kind to us. Great service was provided to us by Bim even outside Casa Dreaming and when we accidentally left items in the house, he made sure to give it back to us. Will definitely recommend this place especially for big groups! You’ll enjoy for sure!

We had great stay at Apines place It is near the SM, Session Road and tourist spots. The room is also comfortable. Water heater is working. Wifi is working. Communication is also fast. A great view of the city in the Balcony. Suggestions: Thicker blankets Thank you for a great stay 🩷

Might be my favorite rental in Baguio, and I visit almost every year! Host is very accommodating and easy to contact. Condo complex very safe and peaceful, easy to get a taxi too. Convenient parking slot near the elevator. Unit is very clean and well maintained. I really appreciate the well thought out extra amenities and their good quality. Overall a pleasant stay! Will definitely be back when I visit Baguio again. Thank you!

We had an amazing 2-night stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was very convenient. The location was perfect - very safe and guarded, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood was great, and we were close to everything we needed. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, exactly as described. Plus their bathroom was great! We felt right at home and loved the warm atmosphere. The place is spacious and with a good location. The unit is at the GF of the building, with nearby stores, and few minutes walk to Baguio Cathedral, SM Baguio, and bus terminal. Over-all, it is commendable.

If you are like me who values comfort and relaxation, make sure to book Kat's place in your next Baguio trip. Other than being in a strategic location, with a very nice rooftop view deck where you have a 360 view of the city, one reason which really sells out to me is their Ikea furniture; comfy beds, minimalist style and clean bathroom. You can really tell that the unit is well maintained. (The water pressure is really strong as well; considering it's Baguio :) Regine, the caretaker, is also very professional and helpful. Our Baguio trip from february 2 to 4 was nothing short of amazing! 💯✨Special thanks to our host, Ms. Glorife for her fast responses to all our inquiries, all the way to booking. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free. One of the biggest advantages was the easy access to transportation. Taxis were readily available right outside the building, so getting around was effortless. Whether heading to famous spots like Session Road, Burnham Park, or you’re going to the terminals. Everything was just a short ride away. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. 😊

We really enjoyed staying at this place for our anniversary. The interior of the condo was well thought-of, and it was very cozy! The balcony was a bonus — we loved chilling out there while looking at the magnificent view of Baguio. Would love to stay here again!
