Beth’s place is the kind of Airbnb that makes you wonder why you ever stay in hotels. From the jump, she was an awesome host—communicative, thoughtful, and super easy to work with. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a smooth, stress-free stay. Now, the house? Chef’s kiss. Super clean, spacious, and full of good energy. The vibe is calm and cozy, like you’re on a proper vacation—even if you’re just in town for a few days. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and surprisingly central. You’re close to the airport, 15 minutes from the beach, 20 from Disneyland, and still tucked away in your own little oasis. The pool was perfect for lazy mornings or winding down after a day out, and the house had everything I needed to just unpack and live. I didn’t need anything extra—it was all right there. Also, not to be dramatic, but the taco truck around the corner changed my life. I wasn’t even looking for it, just took a walk and BOOM—tacos so good I considered extending my stay.

This weekend stay was nothing short of amazing. It was private, fun, and very courteous in regard to the amenities and activities available. 10/10 would definitely rebook!

We had a fantastic Spring Break filled with trips to local attractions and a handful of beautiful beaches nearby. Once you get to the bungalow it is clean has EVERYTHING you need to BBQ and cook dinner. Great cook ware, spices, coffee and condiments. Overall 10/10 experience! Jacuzzi was warm and in working condition. The space was private and well lit. The beds were comfortable and clean. The spaces flowed beautifully with tasteful decor throughout that spiced up this cute property. We will definitely be scheduling a summer stay at one of the other properties. Loved the gated area filled with toys for the little ones and the additional outdoor toys in the garage. We had everything we needed. At first, we thought that there wasn't enough towels, but found a stockpile in the master closet. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans. Also, lots of choices for tea, creamer, coffee etc.

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Merilyn and her team were quite welcoming and check in was a breeze. The house was very clean and tidy, which made for an easy arrival after a long day at a theme park. There were a couple things that were mild annoyances - doors that struggled to close because of how they were hung, broken clubs for the putting green outside, a raised threshold between the kitchen and dining room that our kids tripped on regularly, and loud train horns that would sound at different times throughout the day and night. However, these quirks did not detract from the enjoyableness of our stay. There were plenty of dishes, towels, and linens. The bathrooms, bedroom, and kitchen were clean and cozy. The neighborhood (minus the aforementioned trains) was quiet and peaceful. It's location to everything from Target/Walmart/Costco to the local Theme Parks was convenient. The jacuzzi was the best part after a long day of walking! Our kids loved the games and toys in the bunkbed room. Absolutely would stay again.

As with any place in this area, always concerned about parking. TWO SPOTS! One in the garage. Little cozy. We had a Ford Escape - passengers got out before parking, but there’s enough room. Inside is so nice. Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. There were a ton of towels - much appreciated. Kitchen is so well stocked with appliances, dishes, and silverware. Greta was always ahead of time with information. She answered any questions very quickly, even on the weekend. Everything about our stay was great. Thank you Greta.

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

Good accommodation for a last minute stay.

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

Amazing location and spot to really get away and enjoy the SoCal beach lifestyle. Helpful touches to have access to beach chairs and ice in the freezer - will be back!

Cute condo close to everything--the beach, downtown, 10 mins drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet at night (except my kids--sorry!) and safe to walk around. We took the kids to Legoland two days in a row and it was a 10-15 mins drive. Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit.

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

La Costa is a beautiful place to stay. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Lovely well equipped apartment.

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect — clean, convenient, and super family-friendly. The space was well thought out and comfortable, and we especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches for kids. There were way more books and toys than I expected — honestly, I could’ve left what I brought at home! The golf cart was amazing and such a hit with my kids — they were obsessed! It made getting around easy and added extra fun to our trip. The host was also fantastic — very accessible and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the whole experience even smoother. My kids are already asking when we can go back — we’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and stress-free getaway!

Thank you for a great stay in Oceanside! The place was very comfortable and so amazing to be that close to the ocean! We will return! The only thing that was disappointing (that the host couldn’t control obviously) was the amount of kids and toddlers in the hot tub constantly. Again, it was a beautiful location and we will be back!

Place was clean and matched the beauty of Laguna Nigel. Kitchene was nice and has lots of necessary dishes, pans, utensils. Patio is beautiful and relaxing. TV’s allow streaming. The thermostat easy to control. Great Host, Great Place, Great location.
