Great stay, very clean place, great service. A very good location and I recommend it too. Only the door lock that is electronic is very sensitive and causes problems from there everything perfect.

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful place and I can't help but highlight the impeccable cleanliness and excellent service of the host. From the moment I arrived, the place was shiny and perfectly prepared, every corner was taken care of in detail, which made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Also, the host was very attentive and kind. She made sure I had everything I needed and was available to answer any questions I might have, her dedication to guest satisfaction really made a difference in my stay.

All the staff and the owners were very helpful at all times, the facilities were very good and as described. It's a nice place with history. In Puebla you can get around by Uber without problems. Close to downtown.

We booked here at the last minute after having an issue at another Airbnb. It was nearby and we felt like this was the silver lining of enduring our bad experience. On short notice, Mario greeted us with a friendly face and welcoming presence. He gave us a tour of the space and allowed us to drop our bags off while exploring the city. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and spacious with an amazing private patio. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the windows have blackout shades as well. We loved how at home we felt. We had proximity to most attractions of the city and grabbing an Uber was no issue whatsoever. We had access to great food just steps away and even some favorite restaurants on neighboring blocks. I would highly recommend! Armando was an excellent communicator as well!

The stay was very pleasant, the area is central and has nearby shopping centers, places to eat and the historic center is also not very retired, the apartment is nice and Carlo's attention was very good, always attentive, I would definitely come back

My family and I are very grateful to the hosts for providing us with an amazing stay and for giving us those delicious fritters. The location is great and very safe, the cleanliness and the view of the Popocatépetl is spectacular, we fell in love with the place. Next time we visit Puebla, this will be our place to stay.
