Vacation rentals with a patio in San José Ixtapa

We had a wonderful stay. The area is safe and private. Beautiful views. Very steep walk but taxis are readily available. Comfortable clean and stylish place. Well stocked kitchen. We did lots of cooking and enjoyed outdoor meals. The plunge pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach or the walk up to the bungalow. It is also right down the street from one of our favorite restaurants. Great guidebook with lots of local tips. Overall a wonderful place and great host! Thanks Claire!

We really liked the location and Celia made us feel very welcomed. She had a gathering for all the guests and made a Mexican snack for us to try. Fun times! We would definitely consider staying there again.

Hugo's place was perfect for our surf trip. Just a short walk to the point and great value. Also, Hugo is awesome. He became a friend on the trip and I look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Beautiful modern apartment with an amazing view, and with plenty of untouched land around you so you still feel like you are in the jungle. Pool was great, very peaceful vibes. Location is on the end of La ropa beach which created a more private feel within the tourist beach neighborhood. Marie was very helpful and responsive. No regrets, couldn’t ask for more from this rental.

Beautiful clean suite in central location close to everything. We visited around New Years and the first weekend got noisy but the rest of the time was good. The restaurant across the street (Kaizen) is one of the best places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view from this 16th floor balcony! Appreciate having a code for the door vs a key. Quick elevators! Being towards the north end of the beach it was very peaceful. Communication with the host & co-host was excellent!

Beautiful apartment with responsive hosts. The balcony has folding doors that create a peaceful blend of indoors and outdoors. The pool is shaded by a large Ceiba tree and is a great place to cool off. Highly recommended.

I've been using this platform for almost 10 years and it's one of the best experiences I've had on this platform. The house is quite comfortable and the spaces are very well laid out, as well as having everything you need to be able to cook and do the daily cleaning tasks. Undoubtedly the pool is the ideal plus of this place, perfect for cooling off in the morning before you leave and/or at the end of the Fis after you return from the beach! I would 100% recommend this place, and would definitely return next time. P.S. Coming by car is essential to be able to access the accommodation and be able to visit the beaches and the village of Zihuatanejo 😉

Host with very good communication, quite good toilet and good area to reach any beach in less than 15 minutes. There are nearby places to walk and visit. Easily accessible and much nicer in person, the photos don't do justice to the father of the place. Very quiet surroundings to walk and with places to visit. Overall it's one of the best stays I've ever had on many platforms. I hope they enjoy as much as I did it.

the publication in fact shows less than the full accommodation is, since each dpto has its kitchen equipped to cook almost what you want, nice details that can be taken advantage of very well.. if at all, correct the pool table, because it is bumped, although that generated many moments of laughter among the family

Excellent location - easy walk to the restaurant area. Private backyard and pool. Nicely set up kitchen. Felix was super responsive and helpful.

We’ve stayed in a few places in Zihua. This was best of both with beach views and city life just a walk away. There were a lot of stars to get to the city but we did not mind it. Playa la Ropa was only a 5 min drive away so it really wasn’t bad. I’m sad we didn’t discover the coffee shop at the entrance of the villas until we were leaving. We would stay here again.

Everything was incredible, the depa super nice and clean the area in which it is located is very nice, and Bety's attention was excellent, 100% recommended, we would definitely come back again.

Watching the colors of the sky over the water was magical and made every night special. The staff make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place is cozy, super nice, clean, quiet, it is equal to as they show in the photos, it has all the amenities described. As for Juan José, our congratulations, he is an excellent host. He maintained communication and was aware of any questions and needs in our stay. In addition to giving us good tips to have a great vacation. Sure we'll be back soon.
