The apartment was the perfect base for exploring Catania. The location is unbeatable as everything is at walking distance, and yet outside of the turistic area. Lots of things to do and try nearby, especially in the market. It really gives you a glance at the authentic sicilian everyday life. But what truly sets this place apart is the kidness of the host. Nausicaa is very friendly and understanding, very responsive to our needs and she really helped us through an unexpected event. Would highly recommend this apartament and would love to come back!

Paolo’s apartment is very centrally located and tastefully furnished, right in the heart of the city but tucked away on a quiet street. The beds were comfortable and everything in the flat worked efficiently. There’s efficient air-conditioning and good wi-fi. Paolo was friendly and helpful. I’d love to stay in his beautiful apartment again. Five stars!

The apartment was modern and a very large size yet had a stunning view and was in the heart of Taormina. Eleanora and her son ensured we had personalized attention to find the apartment and park. The views are beautiful. It is a 10 min walk up to the Corso Umberto and funicular (shorter to the bus station for day trips). The AC, waterfall shower and large TV with Netflix were great modern conveniences. Good to note that there are quite a few stairs - both into the apt and up to the road to center Taormina- though Eleanoras son was amazing to help us bring up the luggage. Helped to burn off the pasta!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Federica’s place. From start to finish, everything thing exceeded our expectations. Fabulous view from the apartment.

Gianluca was a tremendous host, the place was perfect for us and the views from the terrace are amazing. We also appreciated the little things like having plenty of bottled water, plenty of coffee, etc. Also, their restaurant right below the unit had the best food of anywhere we ate. We would definitely stay here again

I stayed at the place for a week and am very grateful and satisfied. Maria, Italo and Tango 🐶 welcomed me great. I felt very comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty every morning. 🥞 The two are very attentive and always have tips for the area ready. I had a car on site and was able to park at the parking lot without any problems. You can explore the surrounding area both on foot and by bus/car from there. It was a great vacation and I'm happy.

Great apartment, very spacious.... comfortable for a family of four. In Mascalucia there is a little cooler than in Catania. Andrea is always very responsive to answer my questions. Highly recommended

I would recommend it to everyone. Gianluca is very understanding, very flexible. We came with the kids early on Sunday and he checked us in much earlier, thank him very much for that. He also has his own tourist agency in the building and you can get all the information and best recommendations from him. Apartment is in the very center and everything is close, it is normal that it is sometimes a little noisy, but believe me, that is the advantage of Sicily itself. As for the apartment, everything is as in the pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay. We hope to return to Taormina one day and would look to stay here again. The space was really good and well presented. Comfy bed and nice shower. Yes, it overlooks the main road, but the double glazing is very good soundproofing and it really did not bother us at all. It was nice to have a sea view and the location for easy walking to the station and for walking up the hill to Taormina suited us very well indeed. Rosario met us when we arrived and was excellent at communicating and ensuring we had all we needed.

Amazing Stay in a perfect location with perfect views. Hard to find a stay in Taormina with sea views, central location and convenient parking. This apartment had it all. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Taormina. The communication was on point, apartment was clean, well equipped and large enough for 4 people. Would stay here again.

An ideal base to explore Taormina and Etna from. The rooms were large, and the welcome pack of food and drink was very much appreciated. Such a beautiful view and the jacuzzi made it perfect.

We were in Catania in January of this year. The apartment is in the central area and you can reach the neighbor by car (the apartment is in the ZTL area). The house is dim, but it's perfect for a long weekend. It's equipped with every technology and comfort. Filtered and also sparkling water from the kitchen faucet. Very appreciated shower and bathtub, comfortable bed. Recommended!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect honeymoon getaway at Roberto’s Airbnb in Sicily! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, private, and beautifully maintained. The views from the property were absolutely unbeatable and made our stay even more special. The location was fantastic, with plenty of charming restaurants within walking distance, as well as easy access to the bus stop and the cable car to Taormina. It made exploring the area a breeze! Roberto went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of prosecco and plenty of snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after our travels. He also provided excellent local recommendations, especially helpful during the rainy days we encountered. We truly enjoyed our time at Roberto's home and can’t wait to return on our next visit to Sicily. Highly recommend!

Superb location, right in the heart of Catania. Loads of superb local restaurants, fish market and the Elephant statue/ Cathedral on your doorstep. Terrace was amazing with stunning views of Etna and the town, beds comfy and a jacuzzi bath to ease the aches from volcano climbing (and two bathrooms was a plus). 200 yards from the airport bus on our return. Just be aware, as other reviews have said, it can get noisy in the evenings until late and noisy in the early mornings as they set-up in the market. I took earplugs and slept well but do consider this. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

Very nice view of the Taormina Bay. Within walking distance to the historic center and a small supermarket. The parking space and above all Chiara's super warm welcome is an undeniable plus!

First thank you very much to Marco and Ambra. We had a great time in Catania. From the beginning of booking, they helped a lot. Their responses were very fast and accurate we have never experienced with other. We could not find the place because it was late and dark. It is easy to find actually. It was just for us as we were tired after 24 hours flights. However, they responded right away so we felt very safe all the time. And we had a warm bath. They cleaned rooms, bathroom, kitchen very well. They provided great Italian coffee, shampoo, laundry soap, etc so everything. There are two bathrooms and two big bedrooms. We are two people but big family can be fit the house. Also They recommended great restaurants. The restaurant main floor at the airbnb had best fresh seafood! We also enjoyed almond and pistachio Granita with Brioche very much! I would go back to this place for sure if I go back to Catania. Thank you very much from us.

Livio's place is spectacular, and we could not have wished for a more beautiful home during our stay in Catania. The apartment is a stunning 18th century noble Sicilian palace, which has been carefully restored and is difficult to explain in words. We spent hours staring at the ornate ceilings, it makes you feel like royalty. The location is perfect, with dozens of restaurants steps away, and daily markets of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish right outside your door. Livio is a fantastic host, who always went above and beyond for us. He arranged parking for our vehicle, helped us with our luggage, and was very quick to respond anytime we had a question. Easily one of my best stays on AirBnb. Thank you Livio! Highly recommend, A++
