The stay with Thanh’s appartment was, as always, a very successful one. The apartment is very clean, bright and perfect for a longer stay. The check-in and communication is very easy and efficient. I can only recommend it.

We used this property for our wedding guests and they enjoyed their stay. We needed a couple of extra air beds for the kids to sleep in same room and Farid wad very accommodating to order one in time for check in.

Great place, neat location with a wonderful coffee shop a block away. The parking spot in front of garage was clutch. Those beautiful orange chairs are fantastic! We loved our stay, thank you!

Our group of five stayed at Lan's Airbnb for three nights. Even though it was our first time here, we immediately felt comfortable because the house was very clean and well-maintained. The living room and bedrooms were cozy, and the bathroom was great too. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen, laundry facilities, and parking, which made our stay super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with supermarkets and shops nearby, making grocery shopping easy. We mostly drove around, but with the BART station close by, getting to Berkeley or San Francisco would be a breeze. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, I’d definitely recommend this one!

Gillian's home is lovely, very cosy and the cats are all adorable. It's a quick walk to downtown Berkeley and the university area and Gillian is a wonderful host. If you're a very light sleeper then the sofa bed might be a bit squeaky for you, but I'm not the deepest sleeper and I found it fine :) Overall highly recommend!

Great comfortable place that is very accessible. very accommodating and responsive to needs. only issue was the room smelled like a cat when I first arrived. took a few days to go away but was fine after that. I really liked the accessibility and security of the building.

This is the third time that I stay in one of Alphe’s places. It has always been pleasant and comfortable. The places that I stayed in were clean and cozy. The kitchens were stocked with all the appliances needed to cook. It’s clear to see that Alphe takes pride and care in the places she rents so the travelers will have an enjoyable stay. She is easily available to answer any questions or listen to any comments. Her descriptions of the places are accurate. Our stay at the Evolve property was amazing! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the beautiful backyard – it was a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. The space was ideal for our group, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to others. It’s a wonderful place to stay!

I had a pleasure staying here! It has the perfect amount of privacy and located in a great part of SF if you should ever decide to stay. The bathroom is uniquely gorgeous and the bidet was a nice surprise! I would stop by here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Stacey's place--it was perfect for our needs! We were in town for my daughter to run her first 50K in the Marin Headlands, and it was an ideal place to access all of the trails and beaches in the area. And, it was nice to come back to centrally located Mill Valley at the end of our days. It's a really cute, well stocked apartment in a gorgeous setting. It is definitely helpful (perhaps necessary?) to have a car, and we found on-street parking easy to find. I loved the little "nested" bed area that requires a step stool to climb into (that is in addition to the actual bedroom). An unusual experience I really enjoyed! Stacey was responsive and helpful, and wanted to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. All in all, this is a great little place to stay in for a very good value, especially considering the area. Would recommend and consider renting again if back in the area.
