Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Fernando Valley

This was a great stay in a fantastic location, conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Lee was an excellent host, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in the area!

Cheryl was always attentive to make sure we had what we needed, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this little house to anyone looking for a charming and safe place to stay.

Oliver was proactive from the moment of booking. The house was easy to find with private back entrance. Place was clean and bedrooms were in order. Plenty of towels for our stay. 3 block walk to Monrovia center and pleasantly surprised to see a street festival every Fri night with food trucks and many vendors. Restaurants a plenty also. We had a great time and will definitely be booking again if in the area.

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

Nice house in a great location. The hosts were very communicative and responsive, and we had all the relevant information we needed for our stay. The house had all the amenities described, though the kitchen could use a few more dishes/glasses as others have mentioned, and the third bedroom could use some additional furniture like a chair/table. While the condition of the property wasn’t as pristine as the photos (presumably the photos were taken a while back when the house was newer), it met our needs for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed our time there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Laura’s! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights for us was the private, fenced yard—our dogs absolutely loved it! The thoughtful touch of little doggie treats made them feel just as welcome as we did. The space was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We truly appreciated Laura’s hospitality and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Awesome location very close to all the activities we had planned! The bikes were great to ride to Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, and Marina del Rey. Check in/out was very easy and the host was very responsive in communications. House was clean and shower had really good water pressure. Would definitely recommend!

This was a very nice house to stay in a little smaller than I would’ve liked but in a great neighborhood and two blocks from the beach, so it’s a wonderful location It was super clean and well organized. A couple times I needed questions answered. I called and they picked up and took care of the issue right away. Highly recommend.

I entered the Airbnb in the immediate aftermath of the Altadena fire. The hosts were responsive and showed concern for my family's welfare and comfort. They were very empathetic and wanted to be sure we were safe. I appreciated that as well as the comfort of their home. Remarkably, they still had an air filter that was ready for use when many other rentals have put it away. I loved having a full kitchen and good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. I appreciated every detail they put into this unit. Top notch in every way!

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

Had a great stay at this apartment! Great size for two people. Lodging was exactly as pictured and included complimentary coffee, shin ramen and laundry supplies. Super responsive host and helped us a lot with directions, checkin/out instructions and recommendations. Pros: - Location! Right across the street from the LA conversation center and Crypto Arena, both are less than a 10 minute walk. - Private parking and very secure building, super convenient for the area. - Luxuriously amenities, they had everything you would need and if you forgot something there’s a 7/11 downstairs! - Great central climate control - Very responsive and detail oriented host! Cons: - Check-in was a process but the host provide in great detail how to navigate including step by step instructions and videos. - Check-out was a little complicated, but again hosts provided great instructions! Overall great stay! We would definitely stay again, thank you Compound Capital :)

i enjoyed my stay at darla's airbnb! walkable distant to the beach, lots to do in the area. darla was helpful when i had questions, even spoke with her briefly in person and she was very friendly (and so were her dogs!) will consider staying again in the future! (:

Super clean space, nice security enforcement. Roof top hot tub is amazing!! Communication from Ali was kind and fast. If you are a light sleeper, use the ear plugs. All the instructions given are clear. Location is nice, check out the restaurants & bars that neighbor this building. Thank you!!!

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

This great beach house made us feel a part of the neighborhood. It felt like a piece of old Venice but modernized for comfort, with all the art and surfboards. Made me want to surf! It's easy to tell Nicole has a strong connection to the neighborhood and she shared it with us. After a full day of adventuring in LA, it was great to come back, make some food, and play darts, pool and foosball. I would 100% stay here again if I came back.

Shant’s place was perfect! I was there for a conference at the convention center which was a short Lyft ride there. If the weather was better I would have easliy walked. The interior looked even better than the photos and the entire building was clean and quiet. Despite being in busy DTLA, it felt safe and was very secure with security/door men at the entrance 24/7 (they were very friendly and kind too- added bonus!). It was easy to have groceries and food delivered to my door. The restaurant immediately next to the building was veryyy good and had food and beverages from 7am to 11pm- great atmosphere, food was delicious, service was great. There wasn’t many other places on that block but many just a block away. the grand central market was a 15 minute walk with lots of dining options. Very close to LA Live and Staple Center. The only thing to note is that it is in DTLA with a very diverse population of people. I highly recommend Shant’s place!

I would like to thank Kimberly for everything she has done. Her house is a great location. Our family enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it. Everything is close by, the beach, the markets, the gas stations and all the restaurants.

Oksana’s condo was lovely and we had everything we needed! The king bed was quite comfortable. We had a question about how to operate the lock on the front door and she communicated with us both by Ring video and also came over the next morning to help us. ☺️

Easy access to groceries store. Nice quiet place. Very welcoming host.
