Carlos has been a 10 host, I recommend 100% esta villa. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean , everything was perfectly placed. Carlos makes you some recommendation for the area to visit, he is very friendly, it is pending in case you need something. The outdoor area of the villa is very well-kept, the pool is wonderful and the grass area with chill out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally real and even in person much better. We had an incredible vacation, we have rested a lot, you have been able to enjoy a house with all the comforts and with every detail. It is greatly appreciated to find you a house so well cared for and that we get there and everything is ready. To note, I had never gone anywhere where the towels and linens are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared BBQ area. Very welcoming home. All the amenities listed were there which was perfect because I forgot my blow dryer! The house was clean. It’s located perfectly in town where it’s walkable to almost everything. Would definitely go back and stay! Also, Dora was reliable and attentive with quick communication. 12/10 lol

We had a great weekend in Pedros house. It’s in a quiet and private place. Close to the beach. The house has everything you need and Pedro was a great host. Would definitely come back.

The accommodation is fantastic to rest and disconnect from the routine ,highly recommended for walks to the beach . we have been in the family very comfortable!!!

It's a townhouse chalet. It's very good. Very spacious and comfortable, and very well equipped. Air conditioning and closets in every room, which are also spacious. It is well located (you have to walk a little to get downtown, but only a little). I recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Sandra’s place near the sea! The location is fantastic, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, and everything was exactly as described. It was easy for us to relax and feel at home here. Sandra was very friendly and responsive, always available if we needed anything, which made the stay even better. The only minor downside was a slight smell from the water, but it seemed to be a local issue and didn’t affect our experience overall. We highly recommend this place – we’d definitely come back!

The house is very good for two couples or family with children. Everything very clean, comfortable beds, and good equipment. Ideal to enjoy a few days of swimming pool, bbq and neighboring beaches. The hosts were flexible, which is to attack. Definitely highly recommended.

a very quiet place, cozy to relax, with small details, large and spacious , a very friendly host who is pending and helps you in everything you need , we have really been very happy with the experience, that if you need a car for everything , it is a place to relax and if you have to go out take in mind that you have to take the car for everything , but it is worth it for the tranquility and the place for me a 10, thank you Fermín for your kindness

Great place! Clean, comfortable house that has everything you need. The location was perfect, offering tranquility and a relaxing atmosphere. The garden area and the brick bbq are a plus. Really enjoyed the stay. Check-in/-out was very easy. Would definitely love to come back!

Brad's place is very nice!! Good light and spacious. We have been staying with some friends and I was very comfortable. The kitchen is not very large but has everything. Brad always responds very quickly and is super friendly!! I recommend it 100%.

Sarah’s place was beautiful, comfortable, spacious and perfect for our needs. It felt like home away from home and we would happily book again for next time we come to Montenmedio

The host Alberto is friendly and helpful and allows for plenty of privacy. His female dogs were absolutely lovely towards my male puppy, with younger and smaller Dolly being super playful and older and larger Linda being motherly patient. The casita is spacious and has everything you need which makes it suitable for long term stays.

The perfect place to have a weekend or a few days with the family, the house is very nice and cozy, everything is very clean and tidy, the area is super quiet and beautiful, we went out enchanted !

We had a pleasant and nice stay at De Alba's place. The apartment is a pleasant size for two adults. And is very cozy and warm, as shown in the photos. Dishes for breakfast were sufficient. We ate more meals away from home. The bathroom is rather cool in the winter, so we always left the door open. It always takes some time for hot water to come out of the roosters. Whether in the kitchen, in the shower or at the bathroom lavabo. But there is always hot water. We were happy in the apartment and can 100% recommend it.

Beautiful beach front view! Amazing local tapa and drink places within a walking distance. Beautiful golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Felt right at home is this beautiful villa. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful!!! There are so many options to add on to enhance your experience. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting with a small group or family.

we loved the beautiful house with everything you need. It doesn't lack anything super quiet place to disconnect a lot of privacy and in 10 minutes by car you are on the beach that we weigh that was more retired. 100%100 we will repeat for sure and the host Lydia is a very attentive love to all clear instructions and everything very clear we had a great time.

Only stayed for one night, but the home is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Alberto was proactive and communicative throughout the reservation and check in process. Highly recommended.
