Vacation rentals with beach access in San Fernando

It was a great place to stay! The staffs are accommodating, they're very friendly and they respond to us as quick as they could. However, maybe try to improve the housekeeping? In summary, I'd love to stay for a few more nights since we loved the PS5, the accommodation, the view, and the bed especially--but I did put an extra effort in cleaning after we went in. The instax and the bathrobes weren't available so hopefully next time I'd get to use those! thank you! :)

Crispin's Place is a great accommodation. The property is incredibly clean, well-maintained, spacious (15 guest!) and offers excellent amenities that cater to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What makes it even more appealing is the affordability, as the price is very reasonable compared to resorts, hotels, and other accommodation in the area. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this spot is a fantastic choice, especially for resting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodations at a great value in Olongapo and Subic area.

Best decision we ever made!!! We needed somewhere close to Ocean Adventure and Zoobic but we had our 4 kids, helper and driver so I dreaded trying to coordinate rooms for everyone. Staying at The Hills gave me peace of mind as we had everyone under one roof allowing me to enjoy our short stay as much as the kids. The house is clean and roomy and the caretaker responded in minutes when we asked for assistance. We also had access to Camayan food and beverage services and the beach. We hope to go again in the future! Thank you Eric and team!!!!

We've booked the place so we don't need to travel far during the LANY concert yesterday (October 12,2024) at the Philippine Arena. The place is clean and the host is accommodating. Thank you ma'am Kath! Until our next stay.

Great host. Stunning rooftop. Clean and spacious rooms. It's definitely worth it with a large group (4 couples would be a perfect fit). It is close to town but secluded, making it not easy to get transport from the house. It's still totally worth it.

Beautiful, spacious and well maintained home located in a private residential area over looking Subic Bay! My family and I had an unforgettable time together in Subic, and this was made possible by staying at Ed’s home. We would definitely come back again. The house had everything you would need and more, the caretakers are always there and happy to help which is a bonus! Clear instructions are provided which is very good so you know what is expected from you. Ed was very responsive towards my messages - before check in and at check out. We highly recommend Ed’s home if you are looking for a private & peaceful getaway from the city with your family. We had a group of 10 and between us shared the ground and 2nd floor.Mildy and her helper were great hosts always so responsive and very helpful.We all had a wonderful time and made memories that will last forever.

Aileen’s place is actually lovely. There was enough space for me and my family. The unit was tidy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. There were enough towels and pillows for everyone. I love that there’s like a dressing room in the master bedroom. We just had some challenges in entering and exiting the building. it was Christmas holiday and the line was too long, although the staff were very accommodating - they escorted us to use the elevator and helped us with our things. When we checked out, the elevator was always full. The place is quiet though during off peak hours and there’s a 7-eleven just right outside the lobby in case you need anything. Aileen was responsive. She let us extend a little. Thank you, Aileen! I’d still recommend her place to my family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a blast with our whole friend group (six of us), and it was super clean and spacious. The balcony was definitely the best part – we spent tons of time out there.

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Clarice’s Airbnb. The place felt cozy and homey, making it the perfect spot to relax. We really appreciated how generous she was with the bathroom essentials – soap, shampoo, tissue, and dental kits were all thoughtfully provided. Check-in was quick and easy, so we didn’t have to stress about anything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely recommend it.
