Very safe and quiet neighborhood easy access to freeway and easy traffic flow. The house is as shown in the photos. Outside back area is wonderful. Easy communications, Bruce always addressed texts in a timely manner. Very easy check out - just drop keys in mailbox.

This was our second time staying here and it was FANTASTIC!! We love it! Kim's place has everything we could ever want and need. Kim helped connect us with a babysitter for our two young kids so we could have a date night, which was amazing! I definitely recommend this place for anyone with kids! It has everything!

Everything we expected and more. Originally I was worried to book because all the positive reviews had been posted years prior. We stayed for a week June of 2023 and it’s wonderful. Clean, good location, everything you need. Will stay again if we’re in the area.

Great stay! Place was exactly like the description. Very well kept and clean. Zoe was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend and would definitely stay at again!

We had 10 people staying here for a mini-family reunion. 12 people would have been a stretch for this place, but for our ten it was ideal. Everyone had a comfortable bed and the bathrooms were adequate for the number of people. The kitchen was really nice and the open design makes it easy to connect with the people you’re with. The spa and pool were clean and we enjoyed being out there at the end of a day sightseeing. Some of the flooring looks like it’s been replaced and isn’t quite connected to the adjacent flooring - like it’s all in the middle of an update, but it wasn’t a problem. The decor seems like it’s from a few different design plans, but it didn’t make the house any less usable or pleasant. All in all a great, convenient location, comfortable for a large group!

A beautiful estate in the Temecula hills/De Luz Heights. Felt like a million miles away from the city but was a quick drive. Peaceful and secluded, the home has all the amenities that you would need. The highlight was the creek in the wooded backyard which was a hit with all the kids. Our stay was very comfortable and the home was located within 15 mins of Costco and restaurants and 25 mins to the heart of wine country. As expected the home has some spiders to manage. Massage chair also does not work. And the heat can be strong in the smaller rooms and weaker in the large master. But overall highly recommended and a wonderful experience.

First time staying in an Airbnb and from start to finish it was perfect. Luan was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. The apartment had everything needed to enjoy my time in Carlsbad. The property is located in a quite cultusack and well maintained. I especially enjoyed walking down to the landing at the end of street that has a beautiful view of the beach. Thank you Luan and look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Nest - the house was recently remodeled and had a well equipped kitchen, board games, and even beach chairs, large beach towels and an umbrellas to use. The pool was our kids' favorite part, and Melanie had floats for guests to use and plenty of outdoor seating. It's a short walk to the beach and several restaurants, and a short drive to many of our favorite spots in PB and downtown La Jolla. Great spot for a relaxing vacation.

The apartment feels rural – which we like -- but it also has close freeway access, which is convenient. The apartment has plenty of room. The bathroom is spacious and there is plenty of hot water. I appreciated having access to the well-appointed laundry area. Bed is very comfy. Kitchen window offers a pleasant view. The only issue we had was that the apartment is on the bottom floor of a two-story dwelling. The owners are very quiet, but there was some noise from the dog running around. I don’t know how this could be addressed, but you could run into the same problem at any multi-story hotel. The apartment is competitively priced and so unless you are a light sleeper, it probably will not be a significant issue. Our hosts demonstrated a very helpful attitude throughout our stay and accommodated everything we needed. We will be back.

Let me begin by saying this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a host. Jennifer was super responsive and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and in such a cute neighborhood! The kitchen came with everything you would need. And the home was so cute! With a huge backyard ! The neighborhood even had a little town square a block in a half down from the house with a coffee shop, restaurants, a little grocery store &meat shop. It was great to wake up in the morning and walk over and get a coffee and croissants and we even we ate dinner at the restaurants in the neighborhood which were delicious. Its location was perfect for our needs. It was right between La Jolla and downtown and near pacific beach across from Mission Bay and sea world. Jennifer even told us about a great park in the neighborhood to take the kids to with a big playground and basketball court and so much grassy space to play! I highly recommend this home and host for anyone visiting San Diego.

I LOVED this little Airbnb. It was a perfect location, close to everything! we were able to walk to the beach and to other cute little restaurants/shop. 100% recommend!!! I can’t wait to book next time :)

Loved the layout felt like top stopped when ever it was built from the fireplace to the bathrooms very cool loved being on the beach there really isn’t anything to complain about the cost was very nice and welcoming if there was a problem there was a lot of ppl to come out and help us out with it when asked to they did a great job the house it’s self is very clean they keep up with it very nicely if your looking to be on the beach an your coming with a good amount of ppl definitely worth a look at made a lot of good family members thank you guys for having us in your home if ever back in San Diego hope it’s free that day loved to book again
