Awesome spot, plenty of space for my dad and I!

Excellent housing and internet. Not only that, but the kitchen was lovely. The only issue is that it is very difficult to get an uber, and there is not many activities outside of the house. The neighbors were lovely and offered a kayak trip.

Great place, definitely recommend

We were so impressed with this accommodation and the host. The unit has been barely used so is in great condition and as good as new. The pool was very well heated and a nice mix of outdoor furniture. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. One mini split A/C in the living room and one in the bedroom made the indoor temp very comfortable. We walked to Sun N Fun and rented bikes for $30/week each to get around the full island to avoid the 3-6pm northbound rush hour. It turns a half hour car ride into a 5 minute bike ride to Lah de Dah, which was excellent, and so was Coste restaurant. All appliances including laundry machines were excellent and brand new. The beach equipment was perfect and plenty available for the unit. Our host was very responsive and accommodating every time we reached out with questions. Thank you and we hope to be back again!

We loved staying here. The bed was super comfortable, the space was air conditioned and was perfect and made visiting our family living in Fort Myers really lovely. We look forward to coming back.

Spotless little unit, perfect for a couple of days. Pool area was great to get some sun and it had everything I needed. Be aware, it’s great for one person, two would be tight. But it was great for me.

Shawn’s house was perfect for our extended family while we attended a wedding very close by. A large living room with comfortable sofa, and all bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The house was spotless, and the screened porch was a nice place to hang out too. I would definitely recommend this house.

Host Emily was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to inquiries. Home was as described and in a nice quiet and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!!

Olivia is a great host, and very accommodating and quick to respond to any of our questions, or needs! Her place is exactly as the pictures show in a very quiet neighborhood. The beach is a walkable 1.1 mile, or there is a parking lot closer to the beach. The heated pool was great for our family of 5; providing many hours of fun right out the back door! Our family had a wonderful, relaxing time! Not far from the condo, there is a Walmart, Publix, shopping, restaurants, and many adventures awaiting you within a 20 minute to 1-1/2 hour drive.

We had a great mini vacation with our dogs enjoying the water and pool/spa. The place was very spacious and close to everything we wanted to do. Phong was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back.

Just stayed here in March and since then they added a beautiful pool. Great place to stay and will again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her immaculate and very well appointed condo. We found the marina, restaurants and many miles of walking trails just what we were looking for as we escaped the cold weather, that included snow and ice of North Carolina this time of year. We also like being in an area of SW Florida that isn't overcrowded with traffic. With all we've experienced we plan to be back next year to enjoy what we just did.

Perfect for a couple to “get away” and enjoy the beach. The property is a proven winner on Estero Blvd.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Conrad's place. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Beautiful condo, peaceful and quiet

We really loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It’s good sized and had everything we need for our stay, including a travel crib and feeding chair for our baby. Highly recommend staying here and it’s a really great choice if you are reveling with a baby.

Wonderful unit -- even better than the photos! Recently updated, clean and spotless. The private terrace was perfect for nighttime cocktails after our son went to bed. Love that the unit provided some baby amenities such as a high chair! And the host was very responsive leading up to our booking and was available via text for any questions that came up. Highly recommend!
