Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

I stayed in Elio's house from September 14 to 23 and it was a wonderful stay. The photos don't do it justice, because the house is even more beautiful. The rooms are spacious, very bright, everything is new and well furnished, and with every comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hairdryer. In addition, on both sides the house enjoys a wonderful view of the Marche hills, characterized by a delightful silence, which for those looking for a little peace from the daily hustle and bustle is a panacea. Montelupone is a nice village, and nearby you can visit quite a few interesting places, and renowned destinations, as well as reach the most important seaside areas nearby. Elio, to whom I send a hug, is a lovely person, as well as an impeccable host, always available for every need. I recommend this home 100 x 100, you won't regret it...

Farmhouse nothing short of amazing! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Our stay at Angelo‘s was absolutely incredible! Nestled in a stunning mountain location, this property offers breathtaking views and a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host was exceptional—so friendly, responsive, and helpful, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we booked, they were attentive and quick to answer any questions, adding a personal touch to the experience. We traveled with family, and this getaway proved to be the ideal space for bonding and relaxation. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with the mountain view, exploring the surroundings, or simply unwinding in the cozy atmosphere, we cherished every moment. The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

The apartment was spacious, well-kept, super clean and equipped with all the ideal comforts for a long vacation. We were welcomed together with our kitties with warm sympathy by Francesca, a discreet but always available host, very attentive to details and small kindnesses that make a difference. We really enjoyed it and hope to be back!

Jacopo was a great host and communicator. I arrived by train and he was gracious enough to pick me up at the station as well as making arrangements for my pick up at the end of my stay. the apartment is like new and freshly done on the inside. Best of all is a great and spacious outdoor deck where you can enjoy the evening overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and a great supermarket within a short walking distance. And accessing the ocean along which is a dedicated walk and bike lane is within about 5’ walking distance. Great place!!!

My husband and I stayed for two nights in Aurora's apartment which is perfectly described and matches the listing. New and very clean, perfectly organized and equipped even for me who always brings my desire to cook on vacation! The area is quiet and peaceful even if not really central but Aurora is well organized with bikes, it is also easy to park in front of the house. Aurora is an impeccable host, she welcomed us on arrival and provided us with every useful indication for our stay, she was helpful, kind and present. Great stay!

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

The apartment and the terrace were very nice. Just a stone's throw from the sea. We felt very comfortable and would always be happy to come back.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area!
