Smoking friendly vacation rentals in San Bartolo

I've definitely taken a pleasant surprise with this stay, outside that it's cute, very comfortable and cool in summer. The host Milagros, is an incredible person, super flexible and very good vibe, super fast communication, really is very nice to meet this class of people when you stay. The depa is nice and super comfortable, it is spacious and beautiful, super complete, it has all the things to make your stay more comfortable. The beach is a 5 minutes walk. In case there are not many people on weekends, on weekdays is super private. The depa has a pool and it's super easy to book. Everyone is always ready to help. We had a very nice time. We hope to be back soon

The Depa is small, very well distributed, everything clean, to be able to rest quietly, there are games and everything to take care of well, I really liked it!

Gianfranco and his partner are AMAZING hosts!! Super sweet, communicative, accommodating and proactive - couldn’t have asked for better 🙌🏻 RE: the unit, it’s gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The building is new, and the area is perfect. Many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and several grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk. The coworking space has strong wifi and the staff in the building are kind and helpful. This place really is the best option for a stay in lima 👏

The apartment is very well located, safe, and quiet. Norma welcomed us before check-in time because my flight arrived super early and then took us to a bakery park where we could have breakfast. The apartment is one block away from the Inca road and from there you can take a bus that in 10 minutes or less can take you to the electric train stop.

Great stay overall. Excellent location, and beautiful place. The apartment is very nice, new, with many restaurants around, a grocery store 2 blocks away, and great places to walk around. Loved the large floor to ceiling windows; being on the 4th floor with the trees in front, it gave us a lot of privacy, so never had to put the blinds down. David was a great host, very attentive and responsive. Thank you! I highly recommend this place!

Good accommodation, recommended

I greatly enjoyed my four week stay at Ceasar's Airbnb. The place is as good a deal as you will find in Lima in or a short walking distance to Barranco and Miraflores. Other Airbnbs in the area are at least 30% more. Google maps should show you the short cut walking route to Barranco and Miraflores. It's past the backside of the Plaza Vea (which has a great cheap supermarket in it) and eventually to the Barranco and Miraflores signs, from there you are another 5-10 minute walk to the famous cliffs that overlook the ocean. From the door of the apartment to the cliffs is about a 15-20 minute walk total. There is a nice quiet part right next to the apartment and many other parks in the nieghborhood. Ceasar and his cousin Victor who helps him run the Airbnb are both fluent in English, very honest, and will answer any questions for you. Thank you Ceasar and Victor!

A beautiful and lovely place!

The house is very nice, it has everything you need for a nice and fun weekend, my companions and I had a great time. Communication with Jorge was very fluid and he was always attentive to every question and doubt. We will definitely be back soon!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Claudia's house. The house is beautiful and comfortable as described in the listing, and it is also close to the pier. Claudia quickly responds to messages and is ready to assist with whatever is needed. He also left us very clear messages on how everything works in the house. We ended up wanting to stay more days in it, so we'll be back. Thanks Claudia.

The super friendly host responds quickly gives you security they guide you feel like at home super comfortable and quiet , I went with my family and we spent an incredible few days 💚 God through coming back , at all times they ask you if you need anything and they are loaning you are very genuine and helpful from their dad and Giorgo

The property had everything needed to make our two-day stay enjoyable, the best part of the location. Jennifer was very accessible in allowing us to enter before the designated time and enjoy the pool and other facilities around including the beach, I definitely recommend it.

The accommodation is just as advertised, the house is very clean and everything is nice and well maintained. Kenny was communicative and friendly. The place to get to is a bit steep, so keep that in mind. Thanks Kenny for the stay 🙌🏽

Everything was great! Would stay here again, building has concierge and host is responsive. Just note there’s no air conditioning so in months of Jan and Feb/March it was really humid and hot, but we managed because of the location. However the rest of the year should be ok.

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

Upon arrival the directions were clear. Barbara was in constant communication if you had any questions. The place, the views all 10/10. 100% Recommended, we will be back again...DEFINITELY!!!

The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent place. I went with my 4 month old dog and we had an amazing time. Although the beach is not petfriendly if we were able to walk along the boardwalk. Also the common areas do not allow pets but you can walk around the entire condominium that is very nice and spacious. There is a winery at the entrance and the house is spacious and very beautiful. The apartment pool has a beautiful view. I'll be back

I'm so glad you chose this place. If you walk a little, you have a mini market and you can also find motorcycle taxis there. Uber arrives very well, but you must enter through the entrance of San Bartolo, since the one that leads directly to the condominium closes at 7pm. A wide variety of beaches nearby and easy to get to! Delicious food in Punta Hermosa and half an hour from Puerto Viejo!

Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.
