We had an amazing time! Anton was very easy to communicate with. The caretaker was very helpful and accommodating. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need from the appliances to plates, serving dishes etc so we were able to prepare meals and eat comfortably. The unit is a few steps from the beach, so my toddler played in the sand for hours. The sand is very soft and the beach is very clean. They have a big area where you can gather outside if you're a big group. Bonus that it is only a few minutes from the pawikan conservation center (we got to witness them release baby turtles), a short drive from the zoo, and very accessible if you would like to have a meal in subic. Would absolutely recommend, whether you're looking for a relaxing escape or a home base close to other activities. Can't wait to book again!

Excellent unit for family vacation. We appreciate Mikaella for being so responsive to our needs. Also, she exceeded our expectation. We never expect things like from welcome snack to overflowing toiletries, tissues, garbage bags, dish liquid soaps and bath towels. The unit was also clean and new. Overall, we are satisfied with the service that Mikaella have provided. Kudos to you and uour staff and may God bless your hotel a thousand folds.

Love Gustavo's place. He is super friendly and will make sure that you are safe and will have a comfty stay. Internet connection is fast, place feels home and has free coffee and tea for the guests. Beach is few steps from the place. Love the pool, enjoyed swimming. Overall, Gustavo's place is where you can relax and enjoy.

Very accommodating caretaker, very responsive host, way worth the price!

The place has a lot of spot to visit.. we had a great experience we will sure to visit again! We're late when we arrived, but the receptionist was still there to keep up company and help us with our room. The place was safe and a lot of guards roaming the said location. 100000% would recommend you to stay... me, my wife and my baby stayed for 2 nights, I would suggest that you stay longer..

We had a fun weekend staying at Casa La Rosa! We felt right at home because the place was very cozy and had all the essentials. The beach is just a few meters walk in front of the house and even had tables and chairs you can bring along the seashore. The caretakers also made sure our concerns are addressed swiftly. Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a beachfront house for your beach getaway :)

The stay with Rex is really good. Rex is really helpful and very accommodating. (Especially with our check in and check out time) The place is really huge. We just needed a stay for our visitors because it's my sisters' wedding. Our family really love the place. The place is really peaceful too. Complete utensils, plates and there's water dispenser. There's a lot of beds! Good for family reunions! ---Maybe, just the helpers being more welcoming but it's good.

Private, calm and a true beachside experience with beautiful mountain views and a beach front. Enjoyed the island hopping right from the beach front to two islands not too far out. Rjay and Maymay cook really delicious food, thank you!

Satisfied, easy to communicate with the host

Great place! We can’t bring our dog inside Anvaya so we had to look for other options. Luckily, this house is just 5 mins away from Anvaya. We had our driver stay here with our dog kaya mabilis lang siya makabalik ng Anvaya when we need him. wifi and air-conditioned room is a plus!

Ileana’s listing was a perfect fit for my big family. Every room in the house had cold ac which was important for my group. The beds were comfortable and had clean sheets. The whole place was immaculate. The bathrooms were also convenient placed throughout the house. It had clean towels and great running water. The area of the place was also very quiet and neighbors were very friendly. The house was also across the pool and the basketball court which some of us enjoyed visiting in the morning. The cherry on top for this house is the spacious lanai. The lanai was my favorite spot to hang. It is screened so bugs weren’t really an issue. My whole group had a chance to eat all together on the long table provided. This house was wonderful to have a space that fits us all and be comfortable. Would highly recommend to friend and family in the future.

The place was situated in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe as it is a gated subdivision and there's a guard post just accross the house. The house was very spacious and clean. Ate Rosel was very helpful, giving us recommendations and suggestions on what to do for our spare time..The owner responded promptly to any questions that I had. Recommended for large group gatherings. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next family trip around Subic area. :)

Ms Lailani is very responsive to all my queries, communication with her was smooth. The room is located on the 4th floor of the building, which you can access through stairs. The building might look old, but once you go inside of the room, it’s like you passed through a portal in a whole new place. My fiancé and I really had a great stay. We enjoyed the karaoke and we also love how everything is provided (utensils, condiments, toiletries). There are even available items (for sale) for our convenience. This place is highly recommended.

From beginning to end, Yuri is a fantastic host! I spent 1 month in her beautiful unit & it was exactly what I needed! Yuri was always only a text away for any questions. The unit is truly beautiful with everything you need for a long, or short, stay. Fully fitted out kitchen, nice relaxing balcony, & very comfortable beds! The condo is so peaceful & quiet with friendly reception staff. Everything you need is walking distance. Royal Duty Free Store, lots more malls & shops, great restaurants & if you get tired of the sparkling quiet pool, the beach is only a few minutes walk. I truly enjoyed staying at Yuri’s place & highly recommend it. Specially if you’re looking to be out of the hassle & noice of Barreto, which is only a short drive away. Thank you Yuri for a wonderful month of relaxation. I truly hope to return.

It’s a comfortable place to stay especially if you want to hibernate. You need to bring your car to go to the beach club but it’s worth the drive. The friendliness of anvaya’s staff, the food and all the amenities makes it all worth it.
