The accommodation is in a very quiet place, but at the same time close to some excellent restaurants. The staff is friendly and solves all customer requests. Highly recommended for tourists or workers, for a short or long time.

Magnificent apartment in the northern part of the city, located on the 12th floor, therefore it has a spectacular view and is very cool because the air flows very well, the parking space is near the elevator and inside everything is very clean and spacious. The check-in instructions were clear and Edgar was always attentive, communication was quick. Definitely an excellent choice for accommodation. Just to take into account, it is very close to Anillo Periferico, but a little far (30 minutes) from downtown Guadalajara and Zapopan, and not to mention Tonalá and Tlaquepaque.

Charming flat w/pool @witgdl

Had a great stay at the flat. It's beautiful, well decorated and in a great location. With plenty of options for food, shops and conveniences. There's literally restaurants and a corner store on the same block. Water pressure was great in the flat and hot. Which believe it or not can be a challenge (at least from my stays in GDL). The security staff was very helpful and friendly. And speaking of which, if you intend on taking advantage of the pool. Ask security to bring the umbrellas up to the 12th floor (it's hot outside). This pool does have heat. Not a lot but the right amount for hot GDL days, it's perfect. Again, from my experience. I've stayed at places with beautiful pools and they are freezing! I believe we stayed in this one for 3+ hours. Lastly, but probably should be firstly. Thank you to the host! Very prompt and helpful communication.

Very good accommodation, safe, well located and with clear directions. Host on the slope. The only thing would be in the publication to mention the stairs as they are usually dangerous due to the supereal that it has and apart from the rest is lost between the steps. they are some steps so it would be good to mention for people who have mobility difficulties. Outside of that, everything is fine.

When my self or my colleagues visit Tlaquepaque, this is my favorite place to stay. I love the location, the pool, the calmness of energy in the shared spaces and the colorful decorations inside each room. The host is always nice and responsive, and the staff is always so kind and polite.

Maria and her team were so friendly and helpful. The property is quaint, clean and safe and located in a very nice neighborhood steps away from the fun and busy Av Chapultepec. The room had everything you need for a short- long stay (I stayed 6 nights). The sun room and open seating areas were the best for morning coffees! If you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs as the windows for this room are near the front gate and main entrance from the street so you will hear guests come and go. I will be back again and highly recommend to all!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, and the facilities are great. Two blocks from Chapultepec, there are many places to enjoy the night; which they have to take into account, since, on weekends there is usually noise from the bars around, we didn't bother us and we were able to sleep well. The apartment is really comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

Excellent location, an accommodation as shown in the photos, there are no stores nearby (Oxxo or small store) or if you like to walk, it is a good option, they can also bring things to your home. Since the apartment is on the street, you can hear a lot of noise from very early in the morning and there is a school very close by. It is an excellent area, very good service, excellent facilities.
