Vacation rentals with a patio in Samtskhe-Javakheti

Me and my partner really liked the place, it was clean and location was also nice with forest view from balcony. The host responded fast and resolved the wifi issue we had right away.

Very clean, modern style room with full facility. Always clean air comes through the wood on a hill. The room is in an apartment next to a beautiful hotel which has gym and swimming pool, which residence of the apartment can use with a discount. Many customers visited the hotel for their holidays during my long stay, seemed popular area The apartment and hotel locates on shallow hill, it gives beautiful sceneries of pastures with cows and horses and far high mountains. Moderate distance from center of town, I could walk to center of town along pastures everyday. The host gave me many helpful advices with kindness for my questions . I could come to and from Tbilisi airport safely with comfort.

My stay at Crystal Wood Apartment 404 was fantastic! The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, and the balcony with a view of the woods is a highlight. Dodzi was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my next stay!

We spent there two nights in a group of six friends. Apartment was big enough for all of us. The bed in the living room had really soft matrace. Otherwise, everything was fine, except it was New Years Eve and the restaurants were closed. 🙂

Very good accommodation

The place is very beautiful, clean and peaceful. Manana was very helpful with everything involved and always responded quickly to any inqueries (in fluent german). We will definitely book this place again! Highly recommended!

We rented the entire cabin for 3 nights. It was just wonderful. The host is very responsive, helpful if there were any questions. He gave a couple of tips on where to buy something. The house was clean, the patio was well-maintained. In reality, it looks better than in the photos. The view is just gorgeous. And very peaceful

Apparently, the hosts themselves often live with children in this house and it is very habitable and cozy. The children were glad that there are a lot of toys in the house. The hostess provided a baby chair, cradle, bathtub, thank you very much! Among the small disadvantages: the house smells of mold, minor repairs of the faucet in the kitchen are also required and there is a strong smell of sewage in the toilets.

Great house, especially for big companies. Every room has a private bathroom and balcony, so it feels like there are four private suites. We were here shortly after New Years and the house was beautifully decorated - there was a huge Christmas tree in the common room, and there were Santas (one of them hanged from the balcony on the second floor!). Great kitchen with a lot of utensils. Host was very helpful and welcoming, and we'll definitely stay here when we are back in Bakuriani.
