The hosts were very responsive and the house was very clean, new, and very comfortable. Despite we inquired about booking availability after cut-off time of the day of booking in the airbnb system, the hosts kindly opened the booking system and prepared the house for us quickly. We would be happy to stay at the same place and/or try some of Ziying’s other properties near by again.

The house managed to fit our group of 11 quite easily. Bathroom situation was simple to manage and the inclusion of a washing/drying machine was definitely a plus. Plenty of toilets to accommodate and fresh towels. Location is conveniently near a family mart and also Aoto station. The train line is close to the house and you will hear it but our group didn't mind. Highly recommend for a big group to consider for their Japan trip.

ONE OF THE BEST AIRBNB EXPERIENCES EVER! This place deserves at least 6 stars out of 5 stars! Out of over 50+ airbnbs we've booked, this is by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. Rie & Mark went ABOVE AND BEYOND in so many ways to accommodate us. Here are a few reasons why this place was so magnificent: 1. You get an absolutely beautiful, clean, and SPACIOUS entire traditional Japanese style home to yourself that is absolutely perfect. Beautiful hallways, living space, kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, entry, and outdoor patio. 2. Rie & Mark made sure the place was SPOTLESS. It felt like we walked into a brand new home. Everything was so pristine and beautiful. 3. Rie & Mark went above and beyond and very kindly, without expectation, offered to drive us from the train station to their home (20+ minute drive) twice. 4. Rie made home-made pastries for us! 5. Excellent taste in decor and design! I VERY HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. Thank you Rie & Mark!

This place was still special. I came with 3 good friends and this was just so special for us. It was in a great location. Ray the host was so awesome. She was such a big help and we will be back again.

Great place to stay in Tokyo. Small Airbnb but has everything they have promised. Was able to use the kitchen, laundry etc. Bus Stop is right opposite the place. Self checkin instructions are complex(mainly due to translation from Japanese to English). Wish they had some extra supplies of Toileteries. Overall, I recommend this place for family of 4. Location is good and accessible to all the important areas of Tokyo through bus. Nearest subway station is around 1 km from here but super markets, bus are right nearby.

This was our second stay at Prism so we knew what to expect from the accommodation which was perfect for our needs. The host was very responsive and the front reception helped us get a cab to the train station upon check out since the DiDi app wasn’t responsive!

Perfect place near bustling business of Ueno, all it took was one station away from a crowded area to a very quiet and quaint "suburbs" feel. Just a walk a way from various eating establishments that is english friendly. Two train stations to choose from if you want to get around Tokyo. Apartment itself was phenominal for its price, amenities are second to none, everything was as listed. Aside from hearing your felloe neighbour's footsteps from above which is still forgivable, the listing is very cozy and spacious. Host was unbelivably responsive. friendly and accomodating, would definately pick this place if I were to visit Tokyo again. 100/10 😃
