Vacation rentals with a patio in Samana Bay

We loved it here, it was very cosy! The apartment is situated in a nice residential complex with pool access. The surroundings are nice and quiet. It also has a parking spot. The host provided us with clear instructions and she was also very responsive. The place is close to restaurants and the beach. Definitely recommend!

We really liked this place when visiting Las Terrenas. It was a wonderful appartment with beautiful furniture and the host was very helpful and responsive. We felt very comfortable overall and would certainly consider booking this place again when returning to Las Terrenas!

It is a good place to enjoy and be at peace, as it has one of the most beautiful beaches in Terrenas. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, as was the complex. Everything was just perfect, Ingrid is a very good host and is very attentive ❤️

Very nice cozy updated very clean with everything needed to have a beautiful stay. Air condition in all rooms is a plus. Everything is in very close walking distance to include the beach. Are able to Walk the street well lighted, feeling very safe even at dark. A number of restaurants and cormados to Buy everything you need to prepare a breakfast, lunch or dinner in the house. Scooter rentals are available at different rental sites. Highly recommend this quaint little community to visit or live.

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

*Family of 5 & Grandma -we had so much fun while in Las Terranes. we were a quick minute walk to the beach which was great for kids. lots of restaurants and a small store right at end of the street. community pool was lovely as well. all staff were so friendly. Anna was super helpful and recommended taxi services and airport shuttles. we were able to communicate our needs and she was always able to help.

We stayed there for 3 months. We loved the location, close to the sea, restaurants, small grocery store. No car needed. The hosts were super available and very nice. I would recommend it without hesitating

We really enjoyed this place both for its modern and atypical design and for its location close to the city center and beaches. Its location in the heart of nature offers a peaceful and bucolic setting Maria Cécilia was always responsive to our requests and even found us a great transportation solution for our arrival and return to Punta Cana. I went with a group of friends and the photos don't do the place justice. Too quiet, private, spacious and beautiful. 100% recommended, Mr. Michel welcomed us and was very kind. And about the stay we have no complaints. The house is super equipped and furnished. All you need at your fingertips.

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

This is a hidden gem in Las Terrenas. The residence is clean, quiet, 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Delicious on site restaurant and very walkable all around town. Excellent and More Excellent. Thanks Robson and staff.

Excellent stay, my family was really happy and comfortable. It was really clean. The place is really big and well equipped. We felt like royalty!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Safe quiet location on the best part of the ballenas beach. We rented an ATV for the stay as it is a distance from grocery store and town. But there are several restaurants in short walking distance. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We would rent again!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Carmen’s place. It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby and located right across the beach. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were very responsive. Amazing stay, too bad our itinerary only included two days in this place because it was spectacular. Everything was clean, tidy, well decorated, excellent for a quiet family vacation.
