Vacation rentals with a patio in Samana Bay

The place was safe, tidy and with a perfect location in the center of the city. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Looks like just the pictures. Super easy walk to the main street and restaurants, and a short ten minute walk to the beach. Camila is lovely, helpful, and professional. Loved my stay!

What a gem! Our family was extremely comfortable and at home. Host was very responsive when I had questions. The Outdoor space was beautiful and the apartment landscaping. They served great bar style food around the pool area so we had dinner and pool one night which was great! There are 2 pools, one just steps away. My kids loved the little backyard playground. We have agreed we will try to stay here again next time we come to visit!! Very much worth every peso!!

It is a good place to enjoy and be at peace, as it has one of the most beautiful beaches in Terrenas. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, as was the complex. Everything was just perfect, Ingrid is a very good host and is very attentive ❤️

The place is very nice, even more when you are there, it is super quiet a good place to disconnect and have an excellent vacation, our host was very friendly and attentive, the place is incredible and I would come back without thinking about it.

Very nice cozy updated very clean with everything needed to have a beautiful stay. Air condition in all rooms is a plus. Everything is in very close walking distance to include the beach. Are able to Walk the street well lighted, feeling very safe even at dark. A number of restaurants and cormados to Buy everything you need to prepare a breakfast, lunch or dinner in the house. Scooter rentals are available at different rental sites. Highly recommend this quaint little community to visit or live.

Perla was an amazing host!!! Could give her more than 5 stars. Aside from helping us out to navigate the area, she also helped us find activities, assist with set ups such as the romantic beach dinner, room decorating she was amazing. Anytime there was a question or some type of assistance needed she was always there to assist. The villa looks as beautiful as the photos!!! It was super peaceful, so private, so welcoming and clean. I would definitely come back and for sure recommend it to others I know !

*Family of 5 & Grandma -we had so much fun while in Las Terranes. we were a quick minute walk to the beach which was great for kids. lots of restaurants and a small store right at end of the street. community pool was lovely as well. all staff were so friendly. Anna was super helpful and recommended taxi services and airport shuttles. we were able to communicate our needs and she was always able to help.

Excellent place, quiet, private and well located, as long as it is available we will return the children (puppies) enjoyed at home and very safe the Location.

Excellent place, we love it

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

Our stay was an experience of a life time. Mirna is definitely a super host, looked after any questions promptly, offered information, for tours, groceries, medical and car rental and so much more. Highly recommend, you definitely will not be disappointed. We felt safe and secure in our space. Enjoyed meeting neighbors and other guests on property. Would recommend for getting around Samana a rental vechicle as you see more and enjoy the culture and area. Thanks again for such a memorable vacation.

A dream home!!!! My family and I spent some exquisite days there. The accommodation is perfect for a large group because it is very comfortable and has all the amenities. Saskia is also very attentive, she gives a lot of relevant information that is useful for staying in Las Terrenas. We would come back a thousand times!!!

We had an amazing stay at Margaret’s condo with our family of five! The unit was equipped with everything we needed—washing machine, dryer, BBQ, beach chairs, and all the essential kitchen appliances. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool is absolutely amazing. Margaret, the owner, and the property manager, Eduardo were incredibly accessible and responsive, always available to answer any questions we had. Their attentiveness and care made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

The apartment is excellent just like you can see in the photos with everything you need. The location is perfect as it is facing the beach of Punta Popy and close to the restaurants. Carmen is very willing to help and very effective for check-in directions. Super recommended
