In a completely private and quiet area, situated in beautiful gardens (8000 m2) the property features a walnut grove, private swimming pool, a veranda, a beautiful garden and all the comforts you need. It is also suitable for people with reduced mobility with bedroom, kitchen,bathroom on the ground floor. The charming village of Saint Sozy with its shops and restaurants is 5mins walking distance.

In a pretty corner of greenery at the crossroads of the most beautiful site of the Lot. Near Rocamadour ,Gouffre de Padirac, Castelnau castle...very pretty classified villages (Martel ,Autoire, Carennac ,LoubressacCollonges la rouge), Numerous hiking trails... Very close to a stream and a body of water and not far from shops .(see"note info")

Our cottage "Le Chalet" (50m2) is ideal for a couple with young children. Located in front of the playground, you can relax on the terrace while watching your loulous playing in the park… You have at your disposal garden furniture and hard barbecue. You will have access to the heated pool and Spa (from mid-April to late September depending on the weather) as well as the landscaped park (these areas are to be shared with the hosts of our other cottages).
