Excellent stay and host with proximity to get out and enjoy Tempe and the surrounding area. Everything that was needed was there and as described. Tiko was fantastic to work with. Clear on communication and actively ensured everything was OK. Would definitely stay at another of his locations.

Robert was very friendly and listened to my concerns, trying to help as much as he could. I am very impressed by his kindness. My guests also enjoyed staying at Tracy’s property, and I would like to recommend it.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped unit. Kitchen was very up to date. Everything was tidy and had a nice aesthetic. Proximity to the lake is wonderful yet felt very private. Great communication from the host.

This home was spacious, comfy, and clean. We especially enjoyed the comfy beds, the covered porch, the pool/hot tub area and the proximity to walking near the water.

I had a nice stay here. The place was comfortable and the pool/outside area was pretty. If you’re ever curious how soft it feels sleeping on a cloud filled with baby chinchillas, then this is your place! Top notch pillows!

Lili's condo was clean and comfortable and safe. She was super flexible at arrival, even with a very late arrival time. We found everything exactly as listed in the Airbnb app along with all the directions/instructions. We liked the easy access to the pool and the location was near to family that we were visiting. We enjoyed our stay!

No frills (not even a cactus postcard on the fridge) apartment. Clean, spacious, accessible. Nice charming neighborhood. Very walkable and youthful. Prized for location and relative quiet.

This was our first time in Phoenix and the trip did not disappoint! Tiko’s place was so convenient to all the excursions we had planned, and also in a very walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed taking a walk to Starbucks in the mornings for a cup of coffee, though it probably was an unnecessary expense considering the unit was fully stocked with coffee AND TEA! We ran into Tiko on the weekend and he was so friendly and offered suggestions for local restaurants and activities. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, totally stocked with everything you could possibly need! 10/10 will stay here again when we return to the area.

The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail taken care of—from plush bedding to a fully stocked kitchen. It felt like a home away from home, with extra touches like a welcome basket and fast Wi-Fi. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything I needed. We really enjoyed this home -- comfortable, warm, and nicely decorated with all the amenities we needed for our overnight stay in Arizona. we loved the house! Our son accidentally left his favorite blankets behind, and Mahesh promptly alerted us so we could circle back to pick them up before we returned to Nevada. Great place to stay near activities and eateries, and a wonderful host!

This place was amazing, the Pool and Spa were the perfect addition to an already cozy and amenity filled home. Virtual Golf and Putting Green, Super fun! Pet friendly stay with plenty of spaces for our little dog. 10/10 will definitely book this spot again.

We had so much fun at Pete and Maria’s place. This was a great location for a girls trip. We loved the games/pool/outdoor activities. It was nice being able to park in the garage off the street. The gated community was very quiet. Downtown Gilbert is close by and has tons of great restaurants. We did struggle with the hot tub co trial occasionally, but I think it was more user error!

Beautiful house! Paddle boat was so fun on the little lake out back. Hot tub only worked one of the three nights we were there. Disappointing because the heated tub and pool is main reason why we chose this house. Also needing to pick the 3-hours to heat the hot tub and 8-hours to heat the pool was not something we understood before choosing to rent. Regardless, we had a nice time and the hosts were very nice.

We had so much fun at this home! You get the lake feel and the pool is amazing! (The lake isn't swimmable.) The pool is very clean and watching the birds around the lake was highly entertaining. This property is close to some decent, casual restaurants and Fry's for groceries. The walking paths are endless! The house has beautiful palms and cacti in the front and back yard and there is little orange tree that provided many delicious oranges. The inside of the home is also fantastic! There is plenty of EVERYTHING you need. The bedding is like butter. The kitchen is large and spacious. TV is huge! All of the promised toys in the garage were actually there! We already hope to return to this property. Enjoy!

Wonderful location with a spectacular host! Lots of activities to keep both adults and teenagers occupied for hours. The host went above and beyond to address any items that came up during our stay. We would send a message and responses with solutions were immediate. One of the best hosts I have encountered in 20 years of renting properties in Phoenix! Would certainly stay at the property again.

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

Location was good for visiting family. Nice to have the additional amenities to start off our week, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, water, coffee, etc. gym is great on property. Pool looked great, we just didn’t have time to use it.

Clean, quiet, easy to access and near several great areas in Phoenix. A great landing spot if you’re looking for a safe and central location at a good value.

Derek’s place was very conveniently located, just off the highway but never heard the hwy noise, golf course and car dealerships in-between.

Cannot say enough how helpful Evan was in getting me checked in and responding to my questions. Very clear instructions and the condo is comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Alan’s place was great. Stayed for over a week. Quiet, convenient, incredibly clean! Hopefully it’s available next time I’m in town!
