Family-friendly vacation rentals in Salt Lake County

Beds were super comfy. The house was clean. I will say the houses are VERY close together. Didn’t feel like we had any privacy for the hot tub. Which we only used once. Didn’t open the blinds much as the next door neighbors would be able to see right in. Location was nice but houses around the area are a little sketchy in my opinion. It was a quiet neighborhood. The lime green garage caught us off guard though. Wasn’t expecting that one.

Lisa’s place was wonderful! My husband and two kids met my parents and my sister and her family here for a long weekend. We each have a one year old and the play room and outdoor toys were a hit for the kids! They had an absolute blast. The rooms were cozy, and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend her place for others!

Shared this adorable Airbnb with my Mom and it was perfect for us. We took advantage of the kitchen, hot tub, laundry and cafes in the area. We also walked downtown which took about 40 minutes. We would rent again!

I had a wonderful two weeks! Even with the variable weather, the house was perfectly situated between the airport, ski resorts, and great restaurants! Jennifer kept the house graciously stocked, with helpful labels and instructions. The house was comfortable (from beds to extra blankets) and well maintained. The hot tub was perfect, and got cleaned several times throughout our stay. I had a great time, and I will definitely be back!

Condo had plenty of space for 6 guys on a snowboarding trip. Pool table and hot tub were great amenities. Walk from front door to the ski trail was less than 2 minutes. Cannot beat this location!

We enjoyed our time at Kari’s place. The place was very well located with a comfy bed and lovely yard. Loved the chickens and the hot tub! The hosts were friendly and this little place had all we needed to relax in SLC while visiting family. Thank you!

There was 9 adults that stayed at the house and there was plenty of room and we didn’t feel crowded. The house worked very well for us! Good location! I couldn’t find soap for the dishwasher. No garbage bags for the garbage can in the kitchen. We had a hard time adjusting the thermostat and the house was hot! What we liked was that our family was all together for a getaway after Christmas. We went out to dinner, shopped, and then went back to the house and played games, laughed and had a great time. We would go there again! Thanks Emily

Very good Will be choice for next trip

Kay is a friendly and responsive host. This property is so beautiful. The private hot tub was perfect at the end of a long skiing day. The views from the home were such a treat to wake up to ever morning. We would book here again next time we are in town!

Suzanne, affectionately Suzi, shares her warm basement suite accompanied by her welcoming, radiant greetings and offerings as a host. The apartment has everything I needed to thrive for 6 weeks, walkable everything where required. Laundry situation = outstanding; Suzi made a personal effort to connect, share perspective, special stories, food (from her garden!), and friends when available. I'm proud to call her friend, and would absolutely visit again.

Our group had a fantastic stay at The Windsor! The home was perfect for our first time in SLC as it was centrally located for all the activities we had planned - sight seeing around SLC, skiing up in Park City and enjoying the local shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive and super great to work with. We would highly recommend The Windsor when visiting SLC!

We enjoyed our stay at Robert’s place. It was extremely spacious for the four of us and our two dogs. Things that stood out include the comfortable beds, spacious garage, and the fenced dog walk.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in SLC, Utah! The place was incredibly comfortable and felt just like home, with all the amenities I could ask for. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome and ensuring the space is both functional and inviting. The location is fantastic, with plenty of great food options just a short walk or drive away. It was the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Marlea's place has several accomodations. we chose the "Bat Cave", which is a easy private access basement. we were very happy to find a clean, well appointed apartment with a big convenient walk in closet. The location is a historic home in a historic neighborhood. There are several nice restaurants and cafe's in easy walking distance. We needed a pet friendly location and this definitely fit the bill.

Our family stayed at this unit for the 4th of July week; it did not disappoint. The unit is beautiful and seemed brand new. Stop looking and just book this place; it is amazing.

Evan was an outstanding host. He was responsive and helpful from before I booked when I had some questions, leading up until check-in and then throughout our stay. He was able to shuffle some stuff around for us to make our stay even more comfortable. Evan gave local suggestions for some restaurants to try, and also told me early to make a spa reservation so we can use the rooftop outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub set to the backdrop of the mountains...it was unforgettable! The unit itself was perfectly situated, very close to the ski lockers and the Peruvian lift and the Tram. Also, it was as pictured and incredibly comfortable (even the sofa bed was shockingly comfortable, as those can be hit or miss), and we even enjoyed a soak in the private hot tub looking at the ski slopes at the end of a long day. Truly we loved every bit of our stay and will certainly reach out to Evan for our next trip to Snowbird!

John’s condo was perfect for my family of 4. The king bed for my husband and I was great, and my two kids slept on the pull-out sofa in the living room. The place was clean and updated, just like the photos. It had a full kitchen and a nice big bathroom. John was very responsive to any questions I had and was very friendly. The condo is in Canyons Village and right by the gondola and lift, extremely convenient! You can walk to everything in Canyons. We didn’t even need a car, Ubers worked great. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as described. The location of the unit in the Westgate is great, especially if you are there to ski. The condo was very comfortable, had all necessities that we required. We didn’t need to reach out to Stacey during our stay, but she checked in with us on our first day with an informative guide and her direct contact info. We would stay here again!

The condo at Silverado lodge was very nice, clean, fully stocked and was as described in the listing. The room is close to the slopes as well as various rental companies. In addition, the information given to us by Brad and Team prior to checking in was extremely useful. Also, the guide inside the until of places to eat, how to use the public (and free) transportation was very helpful. The resort transportation was free and easy to use as well as very convenient. There was a bottle of wine awaiting us upon arrival, very nice gesture. Our family of 4 was very happy with the unit and amenities of the resort, including game room, hot tub, pool, etc. Thank you!

Eileen's, condo is in an ideal location! We had a family weekend enjoying some skiing and snowboarding at both Solitude and Brighton Resorts. The facility has lots of amenities and the people were very friendly and courteous. We had three of us and the place was perfectly sized and a short walk to the Apex lift. The restaurants near the condo were very nice and food was good. Honestly we will be coming back to this location in the future!!

Alex’s place is fantastic—a convenient and scenic location at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon that feels very private and a house with all of the amenities you might need and much more. We were a larger group, so we ended up renting the apartment and the house. We have stayed at quite a few Airbnbs, but this was by far our favorite. Alex responds quickly if you have any questions and he was on hand when we arrived to show us around. He also provided helpful details on the equipment in the house and nearby restaurants, stores, etc. Highly recommended!

Mike’s place is very close to Little Cottonwood Canyon with astonishing mountain view. You can find all the amenities you need at this place. I would definitely recommend to stay at this property.
