Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

Great place, this was our second stay and it was just as good as the first. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, the local restaurants are wonderful and the house has so many hidden gems!

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

We had chosen this place as it was a ten minute drive to the arts and music festival we were attending. The house is lovey and spacious, on a quiet street but very easy to get to Salford and Manchester. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay.

I had a lovely stay at this flat. It was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable rental experience. The host was responsive, making the check-in process smooth.

Good spot with parking and Lee was a great host. Apartment was spotless and was in a great location so I could get on the M60 motorway to visit family. Nearby lots of places to eat or have a takeaway and easy access to shopping. Would recommend and use again in the future.

From booking right through to check out communication was great. Incredibly detailed and clear instructions provided and regular checks were made to see that there were no issues. What an absolute find this was! Perfect for those venturing into the city for days/nights out, as it's only a short walk to the nearest tram stop. The property itself was spotless and exactly as described. Check in was really easy with clear instructions given. The beds were nice and comfy, and the sofa was huge, which was perfect after a day traipsing around Manchester. Christiana was an excellent host. She was always really responsive and helpful with any guidance we needed, as well as being really lovely and friendly in her communications. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the city for any reason.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well located to reach the Kinder Scout hiking trail in Edale 10 mins away by train. There is a Sainsbury's 1 minute from the flat so it is easy to pick up anything you need during your stay. Having a car is always preferable in this part of the country for convenience, but train links are available and easy to use. Would definitely rebook here if the opportunity arises.

Luke and his team were very responsive and great communicators. They provided a home like environment, away from home. Centrally located for all of my family's needs and allowed my kids to focus on their football trainings and school. I would highly recommend staying here.

Shan was an amazing host - flexible and responsive! This was a great place for our extended family of 5 adults and 2 teenagers to have their own space while still giving us a place to connect in the lounge. Shan thought of any detail you could imagine to make us comfortable. When we arrived, the smoke detector battery had died, so it was beeping, and someone was there to fix it within the hour. Despite being a little worn around the edges and a bit far from shops and restaurants, the other plusses of the flat made this a great experience.

Great location on the northern quarter . There are a bunch of restaurants next door as a mall across the street. The host and staff were always attentive to answer any questions. Highly recommend

Apartment was lovely and clean with everything we needed for a night away. would definitely recommend and would book again if coming to the area again. George was very responsive and easy to contact. Great place, very comfortable and would definitely book it again. Had no issues and if there were any queries, John was very responsive. The place is exactly as we hoped. You can hear the tram a little when it’s running, and you might want to note that there are 4 steps up to the building from street level (in addition to the apartment being duplex). But if none of that is an issue for you, then this is a lovely place and it’s a great location for bars and restaurants too. We will certainly be back if it’s available when we next visit.

Not my first time staying at Chris’s place, and it certainly won’t be my last. Always a pleasure. Chris is an incredibly responsive and welcoming host. Looking forward to my next visit, hopefully in the very near future.

We had a lovely long weekend at the Garden Flat in Didsbury, visiting family in the local area. The flat is gorgeous and was perfect for our family, including our dog. We felt right at home. It is in an ideal location, close to all the shops, restaurants and bars but still felt private and secluded. The hosts were helpful and provided all the information we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend and would love to visit again soon.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.
