Guesthouse vacation rentals in Salento

My girlfriend and I stayed with Elena and Roberto for 5 nights from August 23rd to 28th. Elena immediately made us feel at home and Roberto made us feel at home. Very clean and perfect room, there is everything you could need, perfectly consistent with the description of the room. Very excellent location, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the center of Porto Cesareo and the different beaches and you can also have bicycles at your disposal. In addition, a strategic point to move to the other famous towns of Salento, with less than 20 minutes by car ;(10 minutes from Punta prosciutto). In addition to the quality and the many qualities of the room, the excellence is made by Roberto and Elena , always available for any problem ,and as mentioned in the beginning they give you the feeling of really feeling at home and part of their family, it is rare to find people so special. The only negative note of our stay is unfortunately the one that we must have left, because in a short time we really tied up and it is a place that enters your heart . We will definitely be back, I recommend it to everyone , you will feel at home.

The house is a classic masseria typical of the area. It is located on several acres of olive trees in a very rural area about 10 minutes drive to the beach. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The home has two apartments, one upstairs and one on the first floor, and there house has a house next door. We stayed in the first floor apartment. It is approx. 600 sq. ft. with a large BR and tiny LV, DR, and kitchen. There is a single bathroom that is small but functional. There is a large patio off the kitchen that is very nice. The kitchen is not really functional other than to make coffee. The apartment has great Hi-speed WiFi for working and the A/C is very good. There is a new washer but it is located in the building next door. Pascale is very friendly and nice and a good host. She is responsive to any issues that arise. The house is in a very rural location so a detailed map would make check-in a bit more smooth. Overall it is a great place to stay.

I felt at home, friendliness and maximum availability...it was really a pleasant discovery. Very clean environments and great location easily accessible. I thank Mrs. Dina again for her availability also for the last minute booking.

This is an incredible place to stay, it's seconds from the cathedral and minutes from both cafes, restaurants, shops and the port. The Mare room is well equipped, beautifully set out and has everything you need. The terrace has a coffee machine, small kitchen area and place to sit and enjoy... Hearing the vela ring first thing in the morning was a favourite. You really won't regret staying here The host is wonderful and very helpful too, as well as a very lovely cleaner, Arianna who was very responsive. I didn't realise our rooms would be cleaned for our 2 night stay which was especially great, and with coffee pods topped up too, i honestly couldn't have asked for more. I'd return in a heart beat.

We just stayed for a week. What can I say, everything is perfect. We were welcomed by Giovanni's mother, who throughout the holiday was always available for any of our needs or requests. He welcomed us and made us settle in despite our anticipation of a couple of hours. In the apartment there is everything you may need, now the air conditioning has also been added, which can be really useful at some times of the day even though we only used the fan because the bedroom is still quite cool. As for the location, this solution is really convenient if you are looking for a quiet place but with every service at your fingertips directly in the village of Sannicola. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Monica’s place is a great value, located next to the most important things in the centro storico, but on an extremely quiet street which is unusual for a ground floor location like this. Monica was very responsive and I enjoyed the free meal cards she left for the cafe near the home. It is just the essentials one needs (like a hotel room has. It is not a full apartment) and for the price it is perfect for a short stay in Lecce.

Very nice structure and centrally located to Gallipoli, the house also has a large outdoor space where you can have dinners and grill. The owner Rossella is a very helpful and kind person, she gave us a lot of tips on places to visit and restaurants/clubs where you can go. Highly recommended!

The stay with Giovanna was very nice and completely met our expectations that we had before. The complex with pool and large garden is very nice. Everything is completely harmoniously furnished and invites you to relax! To explore the surroundings you definitely need a car, there are many beautiful beaches nearby. Giovanna is very helpful, responds quickly and promptly to messages. Also very helpful was the guide that Giovanna provided, which included not only all the important information about the property, but also recommendations on restaurants, supermarkets, and things to do. We had a great time and can definitely recommend the place.

Pleasant accommodation in wonderful garden The stay at Giovanna's place in the beautiful garden with pool was very pleasant. Also highly recommended is the nearby beach with dune. So if you are looking for relaxation in the pool and beach, as a family with children or as a couple, Giovanna is in good hands. Visiting Lecce, Gallipoli or Ceglie messapica is also possible from here, about an hour away by car, Porto Cesareo half an hour. If you want to eat well and visit beautiful historic towns, you have to sit in the car, as San Pietro in Bevagna unfortunately does not have much to offer. Nevertheless, we enjoyed staying with Giovanna very much, communication was very easy, quick and friendly.
