Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Salamanca

Non-descript entry opens up into stunning and modern architecture forward apartment that is newly built with great interior light and just a super cool, interesting place. Gonzalo and Yonny took great care of us and were flexible with check out time and super responsive when we had a wifi issue (satisfactorily and quickly resolved). This neighborhood is “up and coming” but was well located for our needs and a <$10 uber frankly to get anywhere in the city but this isn’t the place where you go outside and there are tons of cafes and restaurants etc.. Gonzalo left a nice bottle of Ribera del Duero which was much appreciated and we absolutely loved the design of the apartment. Looks like something out of Architectural Digest. Comfortably fit our family of four and probably could have easily accommodated more. Kids shared upstairs bedroom that has its own shower / bathroom. If you care about design and want a great jumping off point to explore Madrid, highly recommend.

This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

The house is amazing. The photos don't show everything. The stay was unbeatable. Ramón was very helpful and kind at all times. We will definitely repeat the experience.

Great place we felt like home

The house was very large and nice, in a quiet area to disconnect and have a good time with friends. Pol was always attentive in case we needed anything and to give us directions.

My husband and I were with my dog to pass the August bridge. The place is a wonderful place to rest and unwind, like an oasis. The new and well-kept facilities. The wonderful pool and beautiful gardens. The bed is extremely comfortable and even if it does not have air conditioning, with the silent fan in the room is more than enough. Great privacy. Wilson, the guardian, a lovely person. To go with a small pet is a paradise for the animals. Everything perfectly fenced. Just keep in mind that there are ducks, rabbits and chickens coming out of their fence. Our dog was chasing them only to shepherd and play with them. Maybe a bigger dog with hunting instinct would be more complicated. By adding something constructive, and in the face of 6 people going, maybe it would take a little more utensils, like cups, kitchen towels, kitchen scissors, coffee spoons, etc. Nothing serious. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Eduardo was always attentive and helped us with everything we needed. He was a very good host. The house is amazing, very cozy, comfortable and clean. He also left some nice touches like chocolate coins, colacao, bottles of water… An 11 out of 10

A very good house to spend the weekend with friends, with a pool and barbecue. Yann was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Pablo and his team were very friendly and helpful. Our room and bath were nicely designed and spacious, but there were still many cosmetic things from previous tenants on the shelf. The bathing facility is out of date and showed rust stains in many places. The whirlpool was not functional. Shower was ok. The small balcony to our room could not be used because it was full of foliage. For this, we were usually able to use the garden for ourselves. The sun loungers were usually temporarily repaired. The pool was filled with water, but covered with a tarpaulin. Pool use was not foreseen until July according to the description. The property was not very well maintained, in many places there was high uncut and withered flower pots. In previous years, the house and property were certainly a great place for a large family. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The kitchen had everything, but not very well maintained.
