Great place located at Melia Dunas. Lot of amenities. Host is very responsive would book again if i come back

Louly's apartment is very spacious and well located for the beach. The 'resort' is very large and has a many amenities. Santa Maria town is a 5 Euro taxi ride away, and has a large variety of restaurants and cafes which are worth exploring. Louly is a great host, very communicative and cares that her customers are having a good time. A great venue for some guaranteed winter sunshine. Thanks Louly.

We had some issues in the beginning at the reception with our check in, they told us we couldn’t use the facilities at the resort if we didn’t upgrade. I texted Ann and Nadine and they replied immediately, called the reception and the problem was fixed right away. We were very pleased with the room. It was clean and it had everything we needed. Ildo the taxi driver picked us up at the airport and made sure we had someone to bring us back on the last day. The resort was very nice, right at the beach. I would definitely recommend booking with Ann and Nadine! Thank you.

Rachel welcomed us in a very friendly way. Check in was quick and uncomplicated. The apartment is top and very large, even better than in the photos - overlooking the sunset from the great terrace, which even has sunbeds. We were even surprised with wine and snacks, which was very nice! We would recommend Rachel and the apartment at any time.

Michael's place was as displayed on the pictures and very clean. The sun shines beautifully on the balcony in the morning and besides the resort's animation it has been quiet. There could have been more furniture like a full-body mirror or additional things to place stuff on, especially in the bathroom, but I personally prefer clatter-free interiors so it worked perfectly well for me and fulfilled everything I expected. The kitchen might also be equipped a bit better for someone who prefers to cook everyday and every meal – however, that wasn't the case for me (and I wouldn't recommend since the fresh fish you get on the island is just great!). Communication with Michael was also very easy, fast and friendly. Unfortunately, a few amenities listed (shampoo, shower gel, salt, pepper, oil and coffee) were not there when I arrived, however, Michael instructed his staff to organize and bring these things to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again, loved my time there! (solo travel)

This was my second stay in Santa Maria. I was looking for a quiet place to sleep peacefully (the center is noisy at night) and Britta's place was perfect for that. well blackout shutters! We're a 10-minute walk from everything. It's the best value I've experienced. Of course, there are always small things to fix. It's kind of like Africa! But Britta was always able to find solutions, and quickly! the terrace in the shade is great. The caretaker and Doudou very nice. Recommended without hesitation.

The accommodation is in a good resort. If you go into town, go with ildho or jaimy. You can get the number from the brochure in the accommodation. Are good drivers. We stayed here for 6 nights and saw everything. Ann Thank you for the well located apartment!

The apartment is located inside an all inclusive resort - Tortuga hotel. it's not the best resprt but okay for the price. you are close to the beach and pools are right outside. You can choose if you want to upgrade to all inclusive or cook your own meals. you can simply pay at the hotel restaurants, the buffet is pricy but the rest is okay so we mostly had our meals at the restauranta and the last couple of days we upgraded. note the restaurants need reservations even though we were told that as paying customers we didn't need reservations, but it wasn't true for all restaurants and nights. also you should go early as the Italian restaurant ran out of dough for pizza by 19:30 two nights in a row :) the apartment itself is fairly big. kitchen is okay. Nespresso capsules need to be the big kind, we had trouble with that at first. there's a small grocery store not far from the hotel but it's very very basic (as are many stores on the island, fresh ingredients is not easily found).

The host always replied with any questions that we had. we initially didn't have wifi, and within 2hrs someone came with a router for us. The TV in the room was not working, which wasn't a big deal because we barely stayed in the room and the TV in the livingroom worked fine. Everything was great overall. I would highly recommend it and if we return to Sal, we will definitely come back and stay here again. Lovely!

Joanne’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our two week stay in Sal. It was on a complex which was nice and quiet and had everything we needed - swimming pool, supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants and a bar. The apartment has two large balconies so you can catch the sun any time of day! The air conditioning was also very welcome in the evenings.

Very friendly and responsive communication. Appartment is beautifully located and nice restaurants and bars are right there. Pool area quite and comfortable. Staff and guards are always friendly and helpful.

we stayed with Fabrizio for 3 weeks with our daughter on the second floor of the apartment building. The location was great... nice and quiet location. Within walking distance of both beach and city. There was a British bar underneath in the apartment building. Good for a drink and a bite to eat. the house was beautiful, met everything we could wish for. Toys for the kids, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and cooking utensils. Also the bathroom complete with washing machine and hairdryer. In short: everything available to stay independently. our daughter loved the pool and I also drew the necessary laps. The sun terrace with beds is also nice. fabrizio and brian responded adequately and kindly. The only downside I can mention is that we had to ask for the cleaning and that our house has only been cleaned once in the meantime where it is advertised weekly. If you ask, it is no problem and the house is cleaned.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation in Villa 27. Spacious and perfect for us on a family with two adults and three kids. The private small pool area was an added luxury bonus. The villa is located in a large hotel area that is beautiful and well cared for, and it is close to both pools and the nice beach. The kids enjoyed the activities of the kids club and the lovely water slides in the sactivity pools. The only downside to the area was that we found that there was not much food selection for those who want to drive self-catering. Very few take away restaurants or restaurants not connected to the All inclusive concept. Very sparse with the range at Supermarkets against what we are used to. However, during the time we were there a new restaurant opened, and a take away restaurant would open shortly. This will make it better for those with self-catering who still want to be able to buy some food. We can really recommend both Sal and the accommodation. We would love to come again!

The villa is a great location , we where within minutes to kite each or town and if you surf , ponta preta is a world class break right in front of your villa ! We had a great week !

Lovely well equipped villa for us, a family of 5. Would easily accommodate 6 people as described. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Sal.
