Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sakarya

I had a great stay at Mike's place along with my 2 kids for a week. All 3 of us felt like home. Ideal for short or longer term stays. The place was spotless and had everything that's needed for the guests to feel like home. Really close to the city centre, supermarket right next to your door which is super convenient and easy access to go anywhere within or outside Nicosia! I'll certainly get back and recommend it to friends! Thanks for the wonderful stay Mike!

Sparkling and gorgeous luxury apartment. The owners are incredibly friendly and even helped me with a medical problem I had. The area is the best and the views of the mountains are amazing. I was very happy during my stay with Secil and would go back without thinking twice. Thank you so much for everything.

Dino was very easy to communicate with, responsive, and friendly. He accommodated our last minute booking and later checkout, which was very much appreciated. The place is clean and comfortable. Easy parking, many amenities, small supermarket 5 minute walk, and restaurants at your door stop. There is some noise from the street at night to be aware of - cars, horns, people talking - all of which should be fine for those used to a road facing apartment. We’d recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you for everything, Dino!

A perfect stay. Menelaos provided great information prior to the arrival which was very helpful. The location of the apartment was ideal, close to all restaurants, bars and local points of interest. The apartment itself was great. Very modern, clean and well equiped. All instructions were easy to follow and clear. I would not hesitate to recommend. Menelaos was a perfect host.

Pathos and Marianna were amazing hosts, went over and above on many occasions. The condo was beautiful, tons of space and nicely appointed. Neighbourhood is not but not much going on about a 20 minute walk to the ocean. Other than that, it was perfect.

Our host was like the place...... PERFECT!!! Indre has always provided us with the current news of the facility. The place was so lovely and convenient for me and my family. Whether the gym, the playgrounds or the direct location to the beach, for kids, couples it's easy for everyone. Indre goes above and beyond. When we had something to fix, she immediately arranged everything. All staff at the facility were very friendly and eager I and my family can only recommend the apartment and the entire complex. We will be back for sure!!!!!!!!!!

The apartment is cosy and has everything you need. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a toilet with shower and a bedroom with a large, comfortable bed, soft blankets and pillows. Towels, soap, shampoo, washing powder and dishwashing liquid are provided. It should also be noted that there is stable and fast internet. Although the apartment is on the ground floor, there is complete privacy and, in fact, a separate entrance. The apartment has a fantastic location, close to a variety of restaurants, close to the historic centre and just a short walk from Eleftheria Square. The hosts Nick and Nicola were extremely welcoming and provided helpful tips and recommendations for restaurants in Nicosia and other places to relax in Cyprus. Chek-in and check-out was extremely straightforward, and the clear instructions provided by the hosts helped here. I would definitely recommend this place!

The location was suitable if you want to travel by bus specially. The place was clean and Mario was always paying attention to our needs.

Place was amazing, very well equipped, thoughtful compliments at the fridge. Host was friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Villa is in perfect condition, cozy and enough place for 6 people. We enjoyed our stay and would want to come again next time. Highly recommend 👌

Berke was so helpful and kind and hospitable and his place is truly gorgeous at the foot of the Kyrenia Mountains just once minute from the sea... Cozy place with everything we needed. Will stay again!

Paolo is wonderful and we always return to this beautiful traditional house that is hard to beat!

Our visit was in the coldest time of the year in February when the night temperatures fell below zero, still the house prove to be warm and comfortable. The host was very nice to provide some groceries on our arrival with a welcome wine and and fully packed kitchen with lots of spice, sugars, salt, tea and coffee which is a very thoughtful and nice given the remote location of the house. The place has its charm, views are spectacular and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful accommodation in the village with two restaurants nearby. The Tochni Tavern had wonderful meals at a good price. Mr. George gave us a little history and offered us a map, which helped us navigate where to visit and go during our stay. He answered our questions and was proactive in asking if he could be of any more help to ensure our comfort. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation includes a pool and A/C, which made the heat bearable. All in all, I intend to come back and would absolutely recommend this to anyone

Really nice authentic Cyprus house, so spacious. It’s a bit cold inside during the winter, but ACs totaly help!

Cozy, not far from the beach (about 5 min with 2 small children) and from town (about 15 min walk). Disco for the children and musical evenings we could visit in the adjacent hotel. Comfortable for families with the kids Lots of walking tones. Everything was great!

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Very nice apartment near airport and lovely beach. It is not far from the center, where you can enjoy fun or history. Host was very nice and helpfull. We really appreciate that we could borrow toys for kids for playing on beach. Thank you that we could stay here a enjoy our first meeting with Larnaca :)

Great host and place

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Stayed for a full month and enjoyed every day. Chryso responds quickly.

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT

If you have chosen this home on your trip to Nicosia, it's all you have to enjoy your holiday. The house is much warmer and nicer than the pictures show. All the details have been considered. I care a lot about cleanliness and hygiene. She was very good about that as well. The house is within walking distance to the center, you can go to local shopping, nice cafes and restaurants without a car. I rented a car and immediately parked on the street where the house was, I didn't get a ticket:) I stayed by myself, the location and the house were quite safe. Finally, the host, Ozi, never disconnects; he helps with everything. I would stay again on my next trip. Thanks for everything Ozi 🙏
