It is a nice location. The place was fully equipped with all modern amenities. A nice stay for family upto 6 persons.

I visited this Villa with my spouse and kids. it was clean, hygienic and spacious. Linens and towels provided were clean. Rooms and bathrooms were clean as well. it was truly a homestay. They provided the homely meal as well. Location is convenient as it is near to the highway. it is bit bit interior like 2-3 turns but it was worth it. once we checked in it was all sorted out. really had a comfortable stay. Ashutosh and care taker Richard was always there to help us if we needed anything. Watchman lives behind the property hence felt safe too. overall five star experience. Thanks Ashutosh.

Amey was one of the best hosts we met so far!! He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The house came with a fully setup kitchen and all the required amenities. The instructions guide that he shared was very thourough and of great help. Amey gave a quick tour of the place in the beginning which made our stay go smooth. He was very responsive throughout our stay and helped us with all our needs. The cherry on cake was amazing breakfast that was included in the stay. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this place and host to others, specially if you are coming with your family. Thank you for hosting us!!

The property was very good, located close to the airport. The best part wad there is a caretaker that stays on the ground floor who prepares really good food. Few suggestions from my side: Put a bell at the door, so that whoever comes in, they can ring the bell and come inside. And the towels we're smelling a little.

Mirje‘s deck is a greatplace for a family. Absolutely well kept. All toilets are clean. The only drawback is that for 3bhk tgete are only 2 Toilets. Cooking facility is there so if you want to cook then a clean kitchen with utensils is available .

Absolutely incredible stay! Pranav, Irfan, the guard, the cleaner, and their families were beyond kind and welcoming. Their cooperation and responsiveness were exceptional—always on time and ready to assist. The place was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. A home away from home. Truly peaceful and relaxing place. the interiors and lights set the mood completely. We stayed for a night as a stopover on our long road trip and the place was really comfortable. Also it being per friendly was an added bonus.

We had a peaceful stay at this beautiful residence. The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Basic kitchen utilities are provided. The sights of Panhala fort are very accessible even by foot (a 3-4 hour walking tour covers most attractions). As the residence area is forested and away from main roads, it is not recommended to walk around after dark. The host and caretaker were responsive and helpful. Good place for a relaxing break away from city life!
