Accommodation ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Missing can be an oven in the kitchen. Too bad the cleaning can't be done by visitors (Cleaning fee quite expensive)

Delphines's apartment is in an excellent location to explore Nantes. there areany many restaurants and bars nearby but the apartment is very quiet and comfortable. Caline the beautiful and very very sweet cat was easily a highlight of our stay and my children will miss her terribly.

Eric and Nathalie were very caring and accommodating hosts. The apartment is beautiful and I hope I have lived up to the attention they put in maintaining this beautiful haven of tranquility . I will come back

Clean and very well equipped accommodation, with a warm atmosphere. Welcoming host and clear information. Maybe the only downside for a family with a toddler sleeping apart is the absence of the door between the living room and the entrance and kitchen and entrance. But there is the room door at least😇

The cottage is great , great park with swans and ducks , very quiet , very clean , each room has a shower it's great , and Brigitte welcomed us super well, I highly recommend

Very nice stay. Beautiful views of the ocean, St Jean de Monts and its beach about 3 km away, on the island of Yeu on a clear day. In the middle of the dunes and really a short walk to Les Becs beach. You can spend hours contemplating this landscape, on the high stools installed for this purpose on the balcony. Very quiet. Everything was as described. Good bedding. Really delighted with my stay.

Wonderful stay with my son in this lovely apartment with a simply sublime ocean view. We feel that the hosts have arranged the apartment to make it convenient and welcoming for guests. In addition, they are very responsive if you have any questions. Finally, the apartment is very well located, a nice walk awaits you at the foot of the building with very nice restaurants, the port market is 10 minutes walk, allow 5 minutes more for the city center. Delighted with this stay facing the sea where the temmps were at the rendezvous. Quiet residence, pleasant coastal path to get to Pornic. Thank you for the delicate touches of breakfast and the possible troubleshooting in the cabinets! We'll be happy to go back!

We had four nights staying here and it was blissful, especially after our days exploring the area to be able to spend evenings on the terrace enjoying the calm, beautiful surroundings. From the very beginning communication with Nathalie made us feel very confident. Her responses were both speedy and efficient. Having both safe and secure outdoor parking space and a lift made it a really easy check in and check out to the stay. Nathalie has furnished the apartment with comfort, style and efficiency in mind. There is strong and secure WiFi, which is very important to us. The public transport options are great too, having a regular local train service just minutes from the apartment and bus stops nearby too. Just a short walk down the hill to a local Carrefour supermarket and boulangerie for most of your needs/treats. The beach is just a few steps further on and there is a large beautiful park adjacent to the apartment as well. We recommend Nathalie and her place to you 100%!
