Superb rental with beautiful bay views and several beaches within walking distance 5 min. Very nice pool. The house is very suitable for children. A very nice week spent at Tycoat!

The cottage is warm, super well equipped, bright, very quiet environment, the terrace is very cocooning not overlooked and especially the pool a dream, warm even in winter, large enough to do laps. A very beneficial 3-day solo stay. Yoga and swimming. A big thank you to Isabelle for her availability, responsiveness and kindness.

a great family stay, walk on Les Amiets beach 2 minutes from the house, the games for children are very well thought out and very convenient. The house is perfect, the bedding is spotless and comfortable, the kitchen is equipped and allows you to have nothing to bring, the decor is superb, the pool is easy to maintain and the depths and temperature are perfect. Laurent was an extremely friendly host and made an effort to show us around the area and make the kids feel welcome. The house was very clean and comfortable and the pool and proximity to the sea made it an excellent family house. The area is very quiet and Roscoff is a short drive away with many nice restaurants and a great boat trip to Ile de Batz. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Aurélie and Régis' place is perfect, everything is there, Aurélie was waiting for us when we arrived, very nice, nothing is missing in the house, it feels good, the pool is great to relax and the proximity to the beach is a stone's throw away to walk around a real plus. Very nice welcome by Philippe, the owner, who gave us a quick tour of the accommodation. The accommodation, everything is very useful and pleasant , the patio for the evening with sun, GREAT. Nearby businesses, great for small morning croissants. The hikes are also around. The attention (cakes , pancakes and a bottle of cider) , was very appreciated by us 4. A big thank you . The house is amazing, calm and super comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the ocean view from most of the house, specifically the kitchen where you can watch the sunset from. The apartment is fully equipped and super cozy. Accommodation really very nice and comfortable. We found everything we needed to feel at home. A little touch was waiting for us when we arrived. Antoine was at our disposal and responsive if needed. We had a nice New Year's Eve and Christmas with the family. Definitely recommend.

Great place for 10 people! The owners are very nice, the house is great and very well remodeled. Minutes from the sea, that's fine. I recommend it!

Françoise and Dominique were always available. Communication was very easy. We felt like we were in a cocoon in this pleasantly appointed house by our hosts. Its location allowed us to navigate a good part of the region and take beautiful walks. We filled our days well, which meant that we were only able to meet Françoise and Dominique at the end of our stay. We regret it because they are very nice people with whom we could have talked for a long time but they may come to meet us in Toulouse.

Lovely family and accommodated us at quite short notice. House had everything we needed including easy parking and the hosts spoke great English. Will definitely try and stay there again.
