Great, family stay! The house is very well thought out and equipped! I highly recommend this large friendly house

The property is amazing - very spacious and well-appointed and furnished. The pool was a great addition. It was in a calm and peaceful location (easier to find from Google Maps vs Apple Maps) although it was still 2 minutes away from a major supermarket. The two fridges and freezer and ample storage made it easy to sort our things considering we were a few different families there. The check-in and check-out process was amazingly flexible. 10/10

We had a wonderful week with friends with 3 toddlers, Sandrine's house is very beautiful, perfectly maintained, convenient for family and the pool is superb! Who + is the place was very clean with all the comforts you need, Brief to book without hesitation Thank you ☀️

Superb house, very good bedding and very well entered/ easy to use (step-free). The fenced and secure park (with play gantry) for children - ideal! Living room with a very pleasant wood stove in the evening and cocooning - an avre de paix. Very responsive host on the platform, recommendation of beaches and easy exchanges. In short, a lovely place.

Superb! A great stay with a lovely atmosphere. Quiet but centrally located. Host friendly and helpful. The room and house were well laid out for us with 5 people. Garden and pool are also nice. We will be happy to come back. Merci.

Excellent stay in Vaux sur mer. Very good hosting. Perfect villa, very nice, very well designed, very well equipped and above all very clean. And finally: "the pool"!!! A great plus. I would highly recommend this property.

Very clear announcement that allowed us to plan it right away. The rental is true to this one: high quality and very well-equipped; clean and extremely well arranged (spacious with part day vs night, 3 bathrooms, master suites); close to the beach, shopping malls while staying in a peaceful location. We had a great time with friends and children and thank Fabrice for his hospitality, availability and thoughtfulness.

My family had a wonderful holiday at Vamos a la Playa. The house is secluded but not isolated and it has a friendly and welcoming feel to it. There was a lot of space for for us (4 adults, 2 children) and we could have our own spaces as well as being together. The heated pool was a real bonus for the kids - they loved it and their swimming improved over the stay. There is a gas plancha rather than a traditional charcoal bbq, which we thought might be a downside but actually it worked really well for us and was safer with children around. The bedrooms are all of a good size and the separated master bedroom gives a sanctuary from kids if desired. Overall, a great location for cycling, walking, beaches and swimming. We found the walk to the centre not too far and the zoo is very close by. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful! One of the best airbnb rentals I've been able to do during my trips. The house is very nice, the cabinets, drawers and other cupboards are full of utensils and equipment of all kinds very useful. Even better than home. Everything is there. The bedding is perfect. The place is very quiet and the sea a few hundred yards walk at the end of the cul-de-sac. A wonderful Christmas stay. The only downside is that the bedrooms in a row have to go to the rooms to live from the outside so as not to wake other hosts. Not a concern in summer or winter for us but can bother some people. Everything is quality and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Thank you very much we would love to come back again .

We had a pleasant stay in this house with exceptional services (the house has quality amenities). An owner takes great care of his hosts. The accommodation is close to the port beach, shops and market. Everything is there for a dream vacation.

We had 3 great days at Lionel's for Christmas. A really nice place even in the winter. The whole family felt very good there and we were able to enjoy each other without stepping on toe! Quality services with a spirit of simplicity so pleasant to live in! Thank you!

A wonderful place to take a big family holiday. Lots of space in the house and it had a really unique design and feel that made it comfortable and stylish. The outside space was perfect with multiple seating and dining areas along with a fantastic pool which children and adults all enjoyed thoroughly. It's not often you can please everyone but all our family where seriously impressed. The local area is very local, so off the beaten track for most Brits which made it even more enjoyable. We would all stay again thats for sure.

Great house. Highly recommended. The privacy is top. Unseen courtyard with a very well-maintained pool. The host is very eager and also responds to individual questions or requests. We used the towel service to not have to take it with us. Great.

We spent an amazing week at Anne’s house in Fouras. Even with the temperatures a little on the low side for September, there were plenty of things to do and the house was amazing to come home to and cook or grill some fresh fish or mussels from the markets and stores in the area. Would definitely come again.

Great stay in Etaules! Jérémy welcomed us very well, he gave us very good tips on activities and places to visit. He was very responsive to all our requests and present in case of any problem. The house was also very good for 8 people, very large garden with a pool that delighted us. We recommend renting!

Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for this great week in Vert Bois Oleron The house is as described and very equipped , no lack to report The pool is delicious like the garden ,you feel quiet and privacy . The location is perfect access to the green wood beach, where we were able to do surfing courses By bike , via bike path in the immediate vicinity, there are 15 minutes -20 minutes with children , to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron St Trojan, or the cotton plant which are charming . We were 10 friends to celebrate an EVG, the house is superb, very large, very well equipped, the bedding is at the top! We were able to enjoy the pool that had been heated before we arrived. I highly recommend it!
