Great amenities, wonderful location with good boulangerie right across the street. Centrally located with many bus connections within a 3-minute walk, but without much trouble thanks to the side street location. Approximately 10 minutes to the beach. Sometimes significantly more to the sea. 😉 Fastest Wi-Fi/Internet I've ever had in a hotel or accommodation. Apartment equipped with a lot of love and maritime details. Everything you need on vacation is there. Perfect communication with a dear, courteous and professional hostess.

I can only recommend the apartment offered by Laure! Located in the heart of St Malo intramuros we are immersed in the old town, everything is within walking distance, the street is quiet, there are nice restaurants nearby and shops within a few minutes walk. The apartment itself is a gem, it feels really good, the decoration is warm and the atmosphere welcoming, not to mention the space that the apartment offers, especially for a stay for two. We had a lovely time there and would love to go back someday!

We had a pleasant stay at Sébastien and Isabelle's. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and very charming, perfectly matching the photos and descriptions, quiet and well soundproofed, easy access and close to the city center. In fact, Granville can easily be discovered on foot. Attentive and caring hosts, flexible on schedules, especially for departure on Sunday late morning. An excellent choice with a good value for money. We would recommend Sébastien and Isabelle's home without thinking twice.

Very good stay at Séverine's who was very friendly and very good communication between us. A really excellent apartment, cleanliness, no complaints, the bedding is very good, the whirlpool is excellent. We have never had such a good accommodation. I would highly without any hesitation.

Great stay!! The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, the rocking seats are very comfortable (small plaids in addition would have been nice😊) and then the whirlpool, what happiness!! A weekend where you can slow down and relax, really perfect. Mikael is very responsive and makes sure everything is okay on arrival. I would highly recommend it.
