Excellent location close to everything in Valence, super clean, well decorated. It had everything that I needed and the host was incredibly kind. My stay at this apartment was absolutely perfect!

We had a lovely stay in this lovely place, ideally located for walking into town. The apartment is modern and well-equipped, and communication with Nathalie has always been simple and efficient.

Rental made in the setting on a business trip, the apartment is perfectly equipped. The person who takes care of the entrance and exit of the accommodation is very kind and accommodating.

Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment, very well equipped close to everything on foot. We spent three wonderful cocooning days there surrounded by all the attention left in the cabinets for our use. Very nice and responsive contact. The flat is located in a concept area - a sort of artisan village where business owners and designers share work and living space. The flat is modern and spacious with a high speed internet connection which we appreciated greatly as in some airbnb places the wi-fi can be very slow or outdated. We particularly loved the smart lock as it added a futuristic feel to our stay. On the improvement side it would be great to have more cooking utensils as the kitchen is spacious and invites for cooking and there is a big enough dining table to have good meals. The heating and cooling is controlled by a heat pump which we also appreciated as we could adjust temperature for our liking. All in all a great place for modernity lovers with individuality flair.

We had a great weekend in Laviolle. The hosts were very welcoming, the house beautiful and spacious and the scenery around beautiful! Thank you for the welcome and see you soon!

We are a group of friends and family (4 generations) who meet in between the two holidays. There were 10 of us at Gaëtan's place: everyone was delighted with this place: very large, functional beyond our expectations. Privacy for each of us, games for our 4 teenagers: billiards and foosball . All amenities as advertised. Very clean, well heated, top bedding. In summary: no need to hesitate to go there. Our only negative point being that it was too short and that at this time we were not able to enjoy the outdoors just as exceptional as the inside. To be co-hosted for another season.

Listing meets expectations and made even more cozy than in the photos. The super nice hot tub even with negative outside temperatures. Well equipped and thoughtful accommodation! We'll keep the address:)

In addition to Fab's great hospitality, the place is just amazing! Clean, well appointed, spacious... the bed is very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful setting in the middle of the Ardèche. I recommend 1,000 times! Small bonus: the stove to heat up:)

Super cool place to spend a couple days in Cornas

The House is beautiful, everything was there for a perfect weekend with the family. We really enjoyed the fireplace and all the wood available. There was nothing missing for comfort. The bedding is on top. Nice gift upon arrival that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back.

Perfect weekend, the house was perfectly clean. The view is beautiful, you can enjoy it in the hot tub . The decoration is done with care , the beds are comfortable. Everything is very well equipped , cooked, laundry, bathroom, exteriors. Very nice welcome and very good communication with the host . We are delighted with our stay!

a really well decorated and optimized apartment. everything was nikel even if we only went there for one night. The owner has great confidence in his guests because it is the apartment where he lives and he leaves roof on site. 2 petis bemols: the parking space was taken by people when we arrived but not in any way the fault of aurelien. and small downside also on the bedding namely the bed linen and pillows ....really to be fussy if not great!

I had a wonderful stay at Valerie's place, absolutely delightful. A perfect place to press the pause button and recharge your batteries. One of the first things I noticed was the silence, no noise, no traffic. Just nature and your own footsteps. Valerie is such a kind and caring host, she created a beautiful cocoon to retreat yourself and fully submerge in the stunning natural surroundings. The place was very clean and comfortable, decorated with a lot of taste, beautiful wood structures and natural elements. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back.

We especially appreciated the flexibility for times, covered parking, the view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything you need to welcome us (coffee, nougats, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A home we'd love to come back to.

We spent two weeks at Maxence and Déborah's place and it was two beautiful weeks. The accommodation is perfect, nothing is missing and everything is provided for the comfort of the tenants (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ...). Outside, a beautiful terrace as well as a children's play area (trampoline, swing,...) as well as a courtyard to play pétanque, molki,... And what about the pool... heated, with an exceptional view of the Ardèche reliefs. What a joy to lounge with this view and calm. Thanks to Maxence and Déborah for their welcome, their availability, their responsiveness and the many tips on sightseeing in the region.

This is our second time in Vals-les-Bains. This year we trusted Arnaud and his home. We are very satisfied: the aparthotel is clean, equipped and as described in the accommodation. Close to restaurants, the glacier and the thermal baths the location is great and you can easily find space to park. We had a peaceful and quiet stay. A peaceful haven. The cottage is perfect to unwind. Special mention for the wood burning stove that warms very well! All the comforts are there and the surroundings are magical for hikers and nature lovers. Laurence and her husband are discreet and generous hosts, I had access to their beautiful vegetable garden . Everything has been done with taste . I recommend it!!!!!
